1. Nowadays, most of the society is concerned about their living
standards; mention your 5 priorities in your life.
Family, health, money, recognition, power

Yes bc to live a good life you need to be healthy

More or less i try to eat as. Healthy as possible but i do smoke and
drink and sometimes eat junk fold
4. What are the key points for conducting a healthy life?
Good and balanced diet, work out often, not using drugs (from
caffeine to harder ones), and have annual/semi annual check ups
5. Is the healthy life a trend or its always been important?
Its always been there, but right now there is a trend on the whole fit
body but because they have made it available for everybody

Yes

do something to balance it?
I have class 3 to 6 h a day so i try to balance that out with some
exercise

Find more time to relax

Smoking, drinking and eating junk

Yes, though ambition never jeopardises my ethics and my behaviour
towards others. I love succeeding and hate losing thus I always try
to do the best I can!

To a certain point. Competition thrills me, I am driven by fir play
competition. Yet some unethical competition puts me off.

No, actually you can gain weight while burning fat, because fat is
heavier than muscle.
Its always been important even if I think that nowadays its best
seen and more valorised. I guess its because we have more free
time than before to consecrate time to that kind of social practices.

Im not always sure. It actually depends, some weeks Im quite
proud of myself and other weeks (when Im too busy or lazy to go to
the gym) I dont really feel satisfied.

I dont. I am actually never seated but always stand up.

Not for the moment.

bad habits?
I would like to stop smoking, and be less lazy to make myself good
and healthy meals (I am really lazy so 50% of my meals are made
with pasta).

Have a nice body to show some abs on the beach!!! And to always
be in good health to avoid diseases later
