uses effective deployment of industry standards such as Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts,
springs, Hibernate.

3. Project: Direct Connect API of Air Canada

Duration: March 08 till date
Direct Connect API or AC2U ACO/ADO API is set of Web Services which are accessed by Air
Canada Travel Agents, Booking Agencies and/or individual users of Air Canada. Direct Connect
is Travel domain project in which Open Travel Alliance compliance XML is sent from third party
containing data to server and received by web service exposed method via HTTP request in
SOAP envelop. Direct Connect uses effective deployment of industry standards such as Core
Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts, XML, DOM, SAX, JAXB, XSLT, JAX-RPC, html parser 1.5
(sourceforge.net) etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis from the Functional Specification.

Preparing High/Low Level designs.
Implementing the requirements through coding using a combination of Latest XML &
JAVA Technologies & coding standards.
Schema designing & modifications as per requirement, XSL transformations between
different schemas.
Development of XML Parsing & binding component using JAXB.

A 20-member team was involved in the development using Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, SOAP,
XSLT, Java Web services, JAXB, DOM/SAX.
4. Project Title: Call Pre Qualification (CPQ)
Client: Lastminute.com, U.K.
Duration: Jul 2006 Feb 2008
This application will allow LMN post sales customers who phone Customer Services with a
specific order number or relevant details to be either directed to a CS agent or provided with
relevant information to make a decision without ever reaching an agent. Based upon certain
rules and call flows this application focuses on minimizing call centre agents involvement and
to automate the process as much as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developed Various IVR application for CPQ.

Developed Support for multiple locales for the application like Spanish Italian and
French.

Development of many functional modules.

Acting as a DPA, involved in Quality activities.

Environment: Eclipse 3.2, JBoss 3.2.3, EJB, Java Web Technologies, Informix.
