Teleworker Application is a web application as a workflow to be used across the CSC by
employees to raise a request for teleworking. The requests go through various level of
hierarchy for approval and across various departments like HR for final approval. Teleworker
uses effective deployment of industry standards such as Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts,
springs, Hibernate.

This application will allow LMN post sales customers who phone Customer Services with a
specific order number or relevant details to be either directed to a CS agent or provided with
relevant information to make a decision without ever reaching an agent. Based upon certain
rules and call flows this application focuses on minimizing call centre agents involvement and
to automate the process as much as possible.
Developed Support for multiple locales for the application like Spanish Italian and
French.
