Shiv Prasad Foods & Milk Products Ltd.Dahigaon .The SPFMPL was
established on 2003. This company is a multistate company. The union was
established a separate TalukaSangh, as the districtSangh was already present
for Solapur district .The concept behind was to give a sustainable income
source through milk Business for the people in MalashirasTaluka and to raise
them economically.
The rate of the absenteeism in Indian industries is very high and cannot
be dismiss. A Statistical study of absenteeism of Indian Labor observed that,
the basic cause of absenteeism in India is that industrial worker is still part of
the absente Eism-time peasant. The workers go to find out the jobs.
The data is collected from the questionnaire & interviews with the
employees for emphasizing the various aspects in the study, which is further
interpretive, the Absenteeism in company.

absenteeism & suggestion to reduce absenteeism.

Literature review
The rate of the absenteeism in Indian industries is very
high and cannot be dismiss. A Statistical study of absenteeism of Indian Labor
observed that, the basic cause of absenteeism in India is that industrial worker
is still part of the absenteEism-time peasant. The workers go to find out the
jobs.
The Labor Investigation committee pointed out that drinking and they are also
responsible for absenteeism. Since drinking and they come in the late hours of
night make it difficult for the workers to reach in time on their duties.
The long hours of work also affect the workers health efficiency and
their sickness rate and absenteeism rate are increased of that situation.

Normally two types data are used for the purpose of carrying out
research:

Primary data is the one which is collected from fresh sources and for
the first time while carrying out the research.
In my project, the following primary sources of collecting data were
used:
1-Questionnaires:
The questionnaire (feedback form) consists of 15 questionsSurvey was
been conducted, during which these questionnaire were been filled.
2- Informal Discussion:
Through informal discussion with my external project guide and the
managers present for the survey I was able to collect a lot of useful information

Interpretation :
There is equality in terms of the ratio between males and females in Shiv
Prasad foods and milk products. Ltd. This can also be ascertained from the
fact that the same ratio is present among the total strength of 150 employees
in the company. The sample was carefully chosen to ensure that the study
gave an equal opportunity to both the sections to voice their opinion and there
gain a truer picture of the conclusions derived by the study. The balance of
both the genders in the Organization also gives rise to a good work
atmosphere and better understanding between the employees. This trend can
also be witnessed in the supervisory ranks of Shiv Prasad foods and milk
products. Ltd. This helps to remove many barriers that may exist due to

Interpretation:
Most of the employees in the Organization are relatively new because a
majority of them (i.e. 38%) have between one and one years of experience in
the Organization. This is mainly due to the fact that the Organization is in a
constant mode of growth and is therefore recruiting in a big way. The
expansion plans are done keeping in mind the proposed growth in business in
the near future Due to this, Shiv Prasad foods & milk Products has inducted a
lot of employees after providing them with training to ensure that their Human
resource requirements are met.

SUGGESTIONS
1. Provide Incentives: Giving workers incentives for reduced absenteeism is
Not the same as rewarding or giving workers bonuses for reduced
Absenteeism. An incentive provides an employee with a boost to their
motivation to avoid unnecessary absenteeism. The general rule of thumb is
to reward workers more frequently the younger they are and the more
difficult the work is to perform.
2. Non Monetary Awards: A notice board could be put up at the shop floor
displaying the name of the workmen and his department who is being
