Introduction:

United Prime Builders, Inc. (UPBI) used to be a single proprietor

company under a different name owned by one of its present
incorporators engaged in the construction of various kinds of buildings.
Due to the aspiration of making better its resources, professional
management, manpower pool and to expand its experience and expertise,
the company changed its name and status from single proprietorship to an
incorporation with an Authorized Stock Capital of Pesos: Sixteen
Million (P 16,000,000.00). The new company was formed by young,
professional, work-oriented, aggressive and eager incorporators backedup with years of actual experience in the construction trade and the
necessary additional academics.
The company was registered at The Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) on July 23, 2002 with Company Registration No. CS200251499.
