The subject profile :

The aims of Dermato- Venerology modul:

-Students will have kowledge about the mos often diseases of the skin that are
followed by affecting oral mucosa .
- Students will have kowledge about the cotemporary methods of prevention,
diagnosis and the tratment of the cutaneous diseases, followed by affecting oral
mucosa .
-Students will have the basic knowledge and to develope them so they can make a
study during all his/her practise.
-To help the development of the communicative skills with patients, colleague and
the staff.
-To promote the health care that answers the social, cultural, and medical context.

The goal : This subject gives the opportunity to the dentistry students to develope
the necessary information above the Dermato-Venerology diseases followed by
affecting oral mocosa. During this modul students will teach how to get a correct
anamnese about skin diseases which are followed by affecting oral mucosa ,
methods of diagnoses and therapeutic methods of these diseases.
Teaching methods :
- Lectures ( based mostly on clinical cases)
- Seminar( Active teaching in clinical cases),and discussion about diagnoses and
treaments etc ,small groups included in the observation of the clinical cases next
to the patient.
Methods of assessment : The assessment of the student includes all the aspects of the

medical proefssionalism .Knowledge above skins diseases that are followed by affecting oral
mucosa, competence assessment, clinical assessment and also communication skills. From our
Department is used the quiz & writing method to have a correct assessment. After

this theres a discussion between the teacher and the student about the
assessment.
