This project is based on Market Potential Analysis for Apartment Services and gives me valuable
inside of the company Rainbow Homecare Facilities Pvt. Ltd. Firstly I will define the objective
along with the limitation and scope.
There is huge market potential for apartment services in the city Hyderabad. Second chapter
deals with different reviews of the articles written by the scholars in the field of market potential.
For this study, 50 apartments selected in Hyderabad and nearby cities. A well-structured
questionnaire was administrated which managed to collect sample.
With respect to market potential analysis of the survey is based on primary research collected by
questionnaire. I found that most of the respondents are ready to avail apartment services.
At last conclusion of report finding and suggestion was given based on study of secondary
source as well as primary research.

INTRODUCTION

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:


1. To study the market for apartment services in Hyderabad.

2. To analyze the potential of the uses for apartment services with reference to
RAINBOW HOMECARE FACILITIES PVT. LTD.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
Research Methodology is a process to collect information and data for the purpose
of taking business decisions. The research includes the study that was exploratory
in nature. It includes survey in industries like builders and contractors.
SAMPLING UNIT:
I have to focus on Real estate Company, Builders, Contractors etc.

SAMPLING METHOD:
I adopted survey method through questionnaire.

SAMPLE SIZE:
50 samples which is collected by Real estate Company, Builders, Contractors etc.

Data Analysis:
Primary data:- Survey through a structured questionnaire consisting of
both open and close ended questions.
Secondary data: Secondary data are those that are already available and are
collected by other person other than the user. Here secondary data are
collected from company website, published articles and internet.

SCOPE :
The scope of the study was limited to the target market like only apartment in the area of
Hyderabad. I had to search the details of the prospects including their name, apartment name and
contact numbers.

LIMITATIONS:

The data collected from the respondents might not be very accurate to obtain the desaire

information.
The sample size taken in small to make a universal statement.
The final conclusion can be also affected by some of the extraneous variable.
Lack of sufficient information.
Difficulty in gathering the reasonable data.
Its all about the future prediction and future is unsuitable.

This article is written by Mrs. T. Vijayalakshmi and Dr. V. R. Palanivelu. The paper identifies
the satisfaction level of consumers towards various attributes of Lakme prodcuts. Also it gives
the hidden perception of the consumers about Lakme. Basically, the customer perception about
Lakme is positive as per the research point of view. As we know, the society is very modern in
nature. Fashion is the part of life. Market within increasing profitability the fashion market in
India; it is growing day by day and the position of market is very strong as the stable of national
and international level specially for Mens and Womens. In the market there are varieties of
products and segments in this market is very lucrative. One of the basic reasons is appealing
segment in the market is the extent of fashion consciousness. Within the appealing segment
consumers are found to possess a unique self-image in the market.
They provide better quality at affordable price. If you talk about the research methodology, it has
been descriptive research. It includes survey and questionnaire. The sample size was 250 people
and they found and came out with the proper solution.
The overall conclusion is that fashion product is the bridge between company and consumer and
the consumers are getting right price for their product with involvement.1

is distinguished not only for its lovely landscape and romantic architecture but also for a series of
distinguished rulers who were not only valiant warriors but also patrons of art and culture.
Mewar Wall Painting is basically known for innovation. They keep on innovating their design,
color, textiles, symbols etc. They basically focused on traditional textiles, sarees, folk arts and
they modified their textiles in different places. The folk art on textiles have been finding of many
new applications in the fashion field. They were applied commercials aspect is gaining
popularity day by day through innovation of designers ideas that are transformed into tangible
product.
The basic objective is that to collect various motifs used in Mewar paintings as sustainable
design for sarees. Some sarees are stretching of fabrics on frame and other sarees as Ragini
Maru, Maharana playing chaupad, Maharana shooting bear, Ragmal kosik, Ansuayana Naayika
etc. They also focused on silk sarees and printing folk sarees like mirror, sitara etc. Talking about
market potential, 88% of the people preferred traditional sarees. The design of evaluation is its
unique features. The basic conclusion is that develop design for sarees were highly acceptable
and enough market potential than compared to others.2

other technologies. This data has been collected from the respondents interview, questionnaire in
the city of Chennai and Bangalore. The sample size was 100 and elements were IT managers,
financial services and insurance companies. As we look the past data, India has dramatic
economic growth. The booming time Indian company has used these weapons like business

Abhishek Shukla. The use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers in Indian agriculture has seen a
sharp increase in recent years and has reached alarming levels. The use of Chemical pesticides &
fertilizers in Indian agriculture has increased sharply. The heavy use of chemical has already
gravely damaged

ecosystem & ground water. It is increasingly important that it should be

environment friendly. Method of dresses control is employed with the increase environmental
awareness and the pollution potential. However, it has remained very low due to the number of
socio economic, technological & institutional constant. Basically, chemical pesticides are widely

Haryana. Indhi was to fulfill use of potential users. It is the first technology of the hand. It the
finest represent mans need to create simultaneously with mind and hand. It is locally available
natural material like clay, fibers, wood, material etc. the rich craft heritage of Indhi its unique
and divers its custom and tradition because of the unique cultural. Haryana has some interesting
handicraft to offer basically village woman easily made craft after the harvest. The traditional
handicraft of Haryana is kept on innovation of their craft. The need of the hour is to innovate but
not at the cost of the craft. The methodology of the article is a list of possible handcrafted
traditional household textile articles 30 women above 50 years of age which is their in a rural
areas. After analyzing the interpretation of data we come out with the proper solution and know

professionals on contract basis excluding the material if required to rectify the problem.
Apartment / Villas Painting Maintenance
We will ensure the painting jobs with quality and skilled professionals on contract basis
excluding the material if required for the painting jobs as per the association needs.
Maintenance office management

Managing the front office from 9 AM 6 PM with lunch break of 30 minutes from Monday

through Friday and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturday on all days (except closed holidays)


Managing the EPABX exchange including the extensions
Attending visitors
Management of transport/travel requirements including necessary coordination with the

agencies concerned in accordance with the procedures of Association


Maintenance of upto date contact details of key persons
Any other related work assigned from time to time.

respondents were having 10 to 20 and 30 to 40 flats in their apartments and very less
number of respondents were having 40 to 60 flats in their apartments.
3. 40% of the respondents are interested in housekeeping services, 20% are interested in
maid services and 30% of the respondents are interested in all the services offered by
Rainbow Homecare Facilities Pvt. Ltd.
4. Many of the respondents have shown interest in both full time as well as part time
services, but there is a lack of awareness about these kinds of services offered by
Rainbow Homecare Facilities Pvt. Ltd. So they use part time services.
5. 34% of the respondents doesnt have any need of these types of services in their
apartment, 28% of the respondents doesnt want these types of services and the rest of the
respondents not willing to pay or cannot pay.
6. 46% of the respondents are very likely to recommend and 34% of the respondents are
extremely likely to recommend the homecare services to others.
7. 48% of the respondents are willing to use apartment services for 1 to 2 year and 16% of

Services along with comfort plays very important role in the day to day life of human beings.

regarding apartment and flats. So the company more focus on building brand in the market and
conduct different promotional scheme to aware customer because there is huge market potential
regarding apartment services.
