Currently we have a subsidiary in Paris and a second in Bali, Indonesia. There are 80
people employed with the company, collectively.
We believe that the answer to this question lies in the successful breeding and
growth of our four axes:
WEALTH MANAGEMENT: At the heart of our mission is the concept of advising and
working with our clients in the development and transmission of their assets. Our
approach is founded on ethics and we believe that this is reflected in both the way
we establish relationships with our clients and in the creative and innovative
solutions we are offering them.
COACHING AND TRAINING: With many years of experience in the field of Financial
Advising, we have identified the need to offer more then just a solution, but a
process that takes our clients from beginning to end, and assists them every step
along the way. Financial decisions are not simple, and we felt that providing training
and guidance to our clients equips them with the tools and understanding to feel
secure and comfortable. This program is devised to direct our clients toward a
mastery of the aspects of their financial and economic environment. We have found
that this helps us maintain a loyal customer base and creates longevity in our
relationships.
CLUB VIVALAVI: Our relationships with our clients are valued and we have an
invested interest in growing and maintaining these bonds beyond mere financial
assistance. With this project, our goal is to ignite passion and inspire dreams to
move to realities by offering our clients more then the typical experience. Events,
parties and functions designed to bring our clients and investors together in a
creative forum, stimulating thoughtfulness and unexpected change. We hope to
intrigue others with our innovative way of thinking and invite them to re think their
own dreams and opportunities and to encourage them to succeed, enjoy and share.
VIVALAVI is made up of a diverse group of men and women, all with varying
experience but sharing the desire to grow and expand. Owners Franck and Eric
Girardot founded the company with an original idea that has evolved and integrated
into what it is now. Taking chances, creating opportunities and maintaining focus
have been key elements to their success. They feel that creativity and innovation are
essential in any of their endeavors and they take pride in being able to provide their
clients with a world of opportunity.
Looking back at the history of the company, there are several key milestones over
the years. These milestones have shaped and molded the company and created the
identity that we are so proud of today.
1993: Eric and Franck Girardot are two brothers who are fueled with the same desire
to conquer their goals and live their dreams. Making difficult decisions, they both left
their jobs as financial advisors and pursued a more risky entrepreneurial dream
together. They began developing commercial networks for an American group and
they rapidly found themselves back where they began; the business of finance.
1999: Franck meets noted master of coaching, Anthony Robbins, and is inspired to
further expand his training as a coach. At this time Eric is living and working in Bali,
Indonesia. Both brothers continue to develop their activities as financial advisors and
also take on the challenge of real estate development in Bali.
2003: After working hard in Indonesia, Eric rejoins his brother in France and
together they create a new office for wealth management and financial advising.
They both brought original experiences and ideas to the company and continued to
work on realizing their dreams for the company’s growth. Working closely with a
larger real estate group in France, they quickly get VIVALAVI Finance officially up
and running.
2005: Always wanting to inspire and offer more then the typical experience, Franck
and Eric designed an entity of their company to specialize in coaching and training in
the field of economics, finance and business.
2008: With the founders know-how and expertise, ascertained through out the
years, and with the newly integrated skills and ideas of their experienced associates,
VIVALAVI launched its first resort property in Bali.
The founders of the company are closely tied to the history of the last fifteen years
of development. The growth and potential that they are dedicated to creating has
continued to push the limits and go beyond the boundaries.
For the future, Eric and Franck plan to continue their close involvement in the
evolution of the company. In order to ensure the longevity of the VIVALAVI vision,
they have assembled a carefully selected team.
VIVALAVI plans on taking on even more ambitious projects in the near future, and
soon the 80-person staff will become a staggering 2000, a team dedicated to growth
and innovation. The staff will be organized around four profit centers, each
positioned on very high potential businesses:
VIVALAVI RESORTS:
This division will be based on the integrated development of real estate. The
developments will be constructed, sold and managed by VIVALAVI. VIVALAVI will
construct itself into a influential and recognized brand, with such projects as
buying/selling of land, realization of prestigious private villas and the creation of
derivatives such as clothing and furniture lines, all revolving around VIVALAVI’s
values. Currently we are looking at three projects with high potential on the island of
Bali, totaling 100 villas and 150 suites, all of which must be realized and delivered by
the end of 2012. We are constantly organizing ourselves to answer the demands of
the future.
VIVALAVI FINANCE:
Currently based in France, we are using our well-established financial background to
grow. We are working on improving our offer for financial products that will remain
%100 ethic-based. At the same time we are reinforcing our team in order to
accommodate our rapid growth in other sectors. Opportunities are constantly
developing and we want to remain prepared to take the chances that are being
offered.
CLUB VIVALAVI:
One of our goals for 2009 is to successfully provide our clients with the prospect for
being a part of both a virtual and physical CLUB VIVALAVI. With the completion of
this project, members of the club will be able to benefit from our services in both
ways, either at our facilities or on our website. We plan to expand our coaching and
training services and are devoted to finding the ideal way to reaching a larger
audience, therefore increasing sales potential.
VIVALAVI TIMM:
At VIVALAVI, we found as a growing company that our internal need for multimedia
and graphic design assistance was at an all time high. To provide a solution, we
created TIMM (Technology, Information & Multimedia) and are preparing ourselves to
propose its services to outside clients. TIMM has successfully developed innovative
and efficient solutions internally and we want to go further and utilize their full
potential in all aspects, such as 3D realization, audio/video, websites and other
professional solutions for small business.
More then ever, the VIVALAVI Group has given itself the means to see further and
wider then ever before and that has created a new beginning for the company.
At VIVALAVI our first responsibility is to create wealth for all the stake holders,
starting with our clients.
Fundamentally our job is to mobilize the required resources in order to provide the
client with solutions to their problems, to meet their needs and to satisfy their
desires. We pledge to do all of these things in respect to our shared values.
We feel that the way we can accomplish this is to be creative; bringing to light a new
vision and the conception of ground-breaking solutions. However, conception is
merely the beginning of the long road, and we feel that being dedicated to an idea
from creation to realization is how to secure a positive identification to our
company’s name.
At VIVALAVI, we keep the feet on the ground and the head in the stars- it is how we
define our approach. Being ambitious, pushing the boundaries of possibility and yet
at the same time remaining deeply rooted in reality. We are not in the business of
creating immobile dreams; our intention is to create goals that are manageable as
well as inspired. This is why we attach as much important to the creative aspect of
the job as we do the implementation and execution aspects.
This all allows us to acquire a growing number of satisfied clients and to establish
relationships that become long-lasting partnerships, profitable for all. In the end, by
doing our job in an efficient and intelligent manner, we know how to extract a profit
margin that has longevity and also funds our growth and offers shareholders an
excellent opportunity to increase their investment’s values.
Today, with the strong trust of our clients, we are approaching new horizons by
initiating new and ambitious projects. Embracing the future and controlling the
successful outcome of our endeavors will allow us to invest in our company and our
client’s ability to succeed, enjoy and share.
Environmental responsibility:
The strong interconnection that links our different endeavors has provided us with
the opportunity to take steps to further promote action and awareness within the
environmental cause. By doing our job, we can make an impact in the world and its
environmental awareness.
Training and Coaching: Another important part of our business is to offer our clients
information and training regarding sustainable growth, to deepen their
understanding and increase their desire to be aware and conscious of their impact.
Our strategies move from the simple to the larger scale, encouraging our clients to
look at the big picture, as well as the day to day details. Simple and practical
solutions, such as incorporating green behavior into daily life, and the concept of
citizen responsibility are how we take on the smaller scale. On a larger scale, we
promote conscious consumption and consideration for the outcome of international
economic strategies as ways to remain environmentally responsible. It is our goal to
offer our audience multiple resources in order to increase their knowledge and adapt
their behavior accordingly.
Real Estate Development In a country which does not recognize the notion of urban
growth and architectural standards, it is essential for us as developers to adapt our
own limitations and rules. We wanted to minimize our ecological footprint by
preserving the natural environment in which we are constructing our developments.
VIVALAVI utilizes the locally produced materials and takes care to preserve the
aesthetic of the landscape while building. One way we are taking on this challenge is
by covering our building rooftops with vegetation, to both increase and replenish
biodiversity and enhance the aesthetics. Our on site restaurant will establish a local
supply chain that will encourage the existence of agricultural growth in the
community. It is our intention to eliminate unnecessary energy consumption, without
sacrificing the comfort of our guests. By incorporating this intention into every step
of our development, we will aim to reduce our need for artificial light, hot water and
air conditioning. Simultaneously we are constantly participating in developing
alternative energy sources, such as wind and solar power.
As professionals in the field of finance, we have been among the first to witness the
deep inequality in the distribution of wealth created by economical activities. While it
is morally shocking and ethically condemnable, these inequalities are also
economically unjust and further contribute to conflict and crises that will affect all
aspects of the economical system.
Creation of several 100’s of direct jobs: The development of our resort in remote
West Bali will result in the creation of approximately 500 direct jobs and 3000
indirect jobs. The first positive result of this is it will create the opportunity for many
local families to stay together- building and living in houses on their own land,
benefiting from the modernity and preserving the ancestral traditions. As a
prosperous company, creating wealth, VIVALAVI defends the principal of fair income
for all and aims to set its own remunerations to be above the local standard.
From what the group is today, to what it promises to evolve to in the future,
VIVALAVI is spreading to different continents and putting together international
teams of skilled and passionate individuals, in order to satisfy our growing number of
customers.
For us, the founders, the group is also the realization of a dream that has carried on
with us for the last twenty years. Having chosen careers in finance, money has
become part of our daily rhetoric: how to make money, how to spend money and
most of all, how to invest money. In the following pages, we will show you how it is
not just a question of money, but it is a question of values and principles, ideas and
projects, dreams and desires.
