As of April 2013, there are 30 Cybercities and Cybercentres fully operational within
the MSC Malaysia in which MSC Malaysia-status companies can locate their
business premises. These Cybercities and Cybercentres are audited annually to
comply with a set of minimum standards and criteria that differentiates them from
any other location. The Multimedia Development Corporation, MDeC, administers
the minimum standards to ensure that MSC Malaysia Cybercities are always
adopting the latest in intelligent cities standards.

Cyber Laws
Malaysia is a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Paris
Convention, Berne Convention and signatory to the Agreement on Trade Related
Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).
