On the 4th February 2015, Pembrokeshire County Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed will divert that part of public footpath PP50/11
commencing from point A (OS grid reference SM 82973 30620), heading east through the farm
yard to the north side of the Treyarched house, joining track, finishing at point E (SM 83149
30701) and is marked on the order map by a continuous bold black line, to a line commencing
from point A (SM 82973 30620) on lane. Proceeding north north east through a gate at point B
(SM 82976 30626) to join path. Following path to exit the field via a gate at point C (SM 83107
30701). Continuing east, passing to the south of the duck pond to rejoin the Definitive line at
point E (SM 83149 30701). That part of public footpath PP50/12 commencing from point F (OS
grid reference SM 82895 30687), proceeding east to continue south along lane before emerging
onto green lane at point H (SM 82918 30623), and is marked on the order map by a continuous
bold black line, to a line commencing from point F (SM 82895 30687). Proceeding to the south
east corner of the field. Passing through a gate at point G (SM 82913 30623) to join track,
reconnecting with the Definitive line at point H (SM 82918 30623). That part of public footpath
PP50/12 commencing from point I (OS grid reference SM 83118 30680). Proceeding north along
track to finish at point J (SM 83112 30710), and is marked on the order map by a continuous
bold black line, to a line commencing from point D (SM 83119 30700). Proceeding north, along
track, to finish at point J (SM 83112 30710), as marked on the Order map by a broken bold
black line.
A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of
charge at the Development Planning Division, Development Directorate, Pembrokeshire
County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working
weekdays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of 2.68.
The order came into force on the 5th February 2015, but if a person aggrieved by the order
wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is
not within the powers of Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any
requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been
complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the
Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the 4th March
2015, make an application to the High Court.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under
Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that road widening works at Llandeloy Crossroads can be carried out.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted
vehicles, from proceeding along those sections of road specified in the Schedule to this notice.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on
Monday 9th March 2015, and remain in force for a duration of approximately 2 weeks.
Alternative routes for traffic will be provided and signed accordingly.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should the
works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd day of March 2015 Pembrokeshire County Council
made an Order under Section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act
1984 ("the Act").
The effect of this Order is to lower the existing 50mph limit affecting the C3007 north of Freystrop
to 40mph and extend it to include the bend and right turn lane at the junction to Little Milford as
detailed in the Schedule below.
The County of Pembroke (Freystrop) (Imposition of 50mph speed limit) Order 2005 will be revoked
by this Order in so far as it relates to the length of road set out in the Schedule hereto.
The Order will come into operation on the 9th day of March 2015 and a copy of the Order
together with a map showing the lengths of road affected may be examined at the offices of
Pembrokeshire County Council County Hall Haverfordwest during the usual office hours.
Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in
it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that
any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in
relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made apply to
the High Court for this purpose
