Traffic Administration

Introduction
By analysing the traffic administration report the operator can monitor
the performances of the network, which can be divided into six groups:
1.

Call traffic performance

2.

Signalling traffic performance

3.

Mobility performance

4.

Security performance

5.

Load and availability performance

6.

Services performance.

To get the report for each performance, the operators have to define and
start different types of measurements, observations or supervisions.
There are many commands introduced for the NSS statistics function.
Traffic administration MML commands can be divided into the following
main groups:

Traffic data

MGW Measurements
When you want to start a measurement, you first create the object list.
After creating the object list, you can use the T2I command to check the
objects.
When creating a measurement, you can add a maximum of 10 objects to
the object list. If you want to add more objects, you have to add them
with the T2H command. You can create several different object lists to
the same measurement type.
When you create an object list, notice that the number of possible object
identifiers varies in different measurements. The number of available
object IDs for the measurements (and the measurement identifiers) are
listed in the following table:
