Dear Mr. Jasni bin Utoh,
Letter of Offer
We are pleased to offer you employment as a Chief Mechanic on the following terms and
conditions:1. Date of Commencement ---tarikh mula
1st April 2006
2. Job Specifications
You shall be responsible to ensure that all projects and assignments that are assigned to
you are managed and delivered on time,
3. Basic Salary ---Gaji kasar
You salary on commencement shall be at RM3000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Three
Thousand only) per month.
4. Probation Period ----Tempoh percubaan
You shall be required to undergo three months probation period for the company to
evaluate your performance and suitability.
5. Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees Social Security Fund (SOCSO)
You shall contribute to EPF and SOCSO as per statutory rates and the Company shall
make similar contribution. This benefit will only be in effect upon 3 months after the
signing of letter of confirmation.
6. Working Hours (Masa Bekerja)
You shall follow the working hours set by the Management:Monday to Friday

8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday
:
8:30am to 12:30pm
Lunch Break
:
1 hour (12:30pm to 1:30pm Monday to Friday)
You may require working overtime as and when necessary directed by the Management.

Medical Benefits (Kemudahan Perubatan)


All medical consultation should be sought at medical clinics approved by the company or
the general hospital. The total annual medical claims shall not exceed RM300.00.

Annual & Paternity Leave and Public Holiday Cuti tahunan, ct bersalin ct umum
On completion of every twelve (12) months service, you shall be entitled paid annual
leave of 14 days and paternity leave of 7 days.

9.

Termination of Employment ---Pembatalan kerja


i. Each party must give a notice of one (1) month or to pay one (1) month
salary in lieu of notice.
ii. All properties and other articles provided or issued by the Company shall
be returned to the Company immediately when the employee ceases to be
employed by the Company.

10.

General --Am
You are to keep secret all transactions, information, documents and all confidential
material of any belongings to the Company, which you may come across from time to
time in the course of your work. Any breach of this term will be dealt with in
accordance with the due process of Law.

If the above terms and conditions are agreeable to you, please sign and return the duplicate
copy of this letter to us. This letter when signed by you will constitute an Employment
Contract.
