The Company:
Buksh Industries (Pvt) Ltd. has made history of over three decades. The company came into
being as legal entity by the name of Buksh Woolen Mills Ltd. in 1973 it was doing woolen
products and after 10 years in that business, decided to go with boom in textile and transformed
into Buksh Industries (Pvt) Ltd in 1984 for entering in the industry as textile products
manufacturers and exporters of quality products.
Location:
We are ideally located on a plot in industrial estate (SITE) at the start on signal free express way
to Karachi Air Port. Our factory is RCC built with covered area of 30,166 sq. ft. Our exact
location is Plot No. B-10/A, Street No. 2, Manghopir Road, SITE, Karachi 75700,SindhPakistan
Textile Dyeing & Processing:
Our dyeing unit has a capacity to process up to 250,000 kg per month with ability to process
small quantity dying set up to match with sample in little time.
Textile Printing:
We have our own facility of textile fabrics on Octopus printing; our skilled work force can
handle any quality in large quantity.
Embroidery:
We have best brand of seven (7) embroidery machine with 20 heads each set up under the
control of very skill work force.
Collar & Cuff Production:
We have seven machines of Japan origin to produce collars and cuffs required for any item.
Sample Room:
We are having our own sample production department to cut and sew; it can produce any knitted
fabric garment as per sample in no time.
Our Product:
Polo T-Shirts , Formal T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Hooded Sweat Shirts & Jackets, Jogging Suits,
Leggings, Knitted Trousers, Shorts, Night Shirts
We can produce garments from following type fabrics to conform the requirements of quality &
veracity of various structured knits in 100% cotton & blended, Single Jersey, Pique, Thermal,
French Terry, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Ottoman and Waffle.

Production Capacity:
Our Garment production capacity is up to 15000 dozen per month.

We have the state-of-the-art machineries and equipments to fulfill the orders and produce the
premium quality product in an effective and efficient manner.

Our major customers are through buying houses and the leading buyers are from USA and few
times we have also shipped to European markets. The growth in our export and services to
exporters have shown demand of our quality work.. After the implementation of WTO, our
company's growth has been phenomenal even the competition gotten tougher.

Social Compliance:
Our social compliance towards community is that we support education seeking workers as to
time adjustment and take a good care of their personal hygiene. We also donate to hospitals in
vicinity to help support poor for medical treatment. All our workers are covered under Group
Insurance and Social Security Schemes, and old age retirement benefits are plus.

REPORT ON COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY OF BUKSH INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD.

We are equipped with facility to knit, dye, cut, stitch, embroider and print garments. We claim
our unit to be suitably known as a vertical unit with all facilities in house.
Our Yarn storage area is separate from stitching unit. We buy for order to order but sometimes
we do forecasting looking at the market trend and future orders for garments; and buy for future
needs. We have experts on cotton yarn to buy quality yarn from leading spinning mills of
Pakistan. Our need for all type of cotton yarn is full filled locally; whereas Lycra and polyester
yarns are available in markets from local and foreign manufactures.
Our textile processing unit has enough capacity to support our dyeing needs but we also do the
commercial dyeing for other exporters. The dyeing process needs ample water supply; so we
have arranged the extra supply and have installed our own RO plant to purify it to soften the
same. We import our dyes but chemicals are purchased locally.
In the period prior to abolition of quota system for exports from Pakistan our competition with
neighboring factories in the region was not tough .The WTO has became effective in 2005 and
our exports were affected. We had to shift from low to high quality garments and we started
taking orders for supply of jackets, hooded zippers all fleece items. These items were mostly for
sportswear and needed embroidery. We arranged our own embroidery and got command in this
variety with expert working on our 7 Barudan machines with twenty heads each.
In recent past the demand for printed garments increased along with embroidery items. Now we
have arranged garments printing facility in house and hired trained people with vast of
experience in their field.
We have obtained WRAP certification and are in process of getting certified for SA 8000:. Our
work force is our asset and most of them are associated with us since inception. We have full
filled all regulatory requirements for our labor like Group Insurance, Employees Old Age
Benefits, Social Security and Workers Profit Participation rules of the Government of Pakistan.
