Happenings

Musings from the Manager

o often I
have written
about
change here at Hill
Street Place.
Sometimes it is
about remodeling
a room or some
kind of building
maintenance,
sometimes it is
about a procedure
or way of doing
things, and often
times it is about
the change in
seasons.

brings so much
creativity, joy, and
kindness to our daily
lives. We will all miss
her smile and friendly
hello. It is hard to say
goodbye to having her
here every day but we
are very happy that
she will be able to
work in the public
schools on the same
schedule as Tom.
Thank you Gail for
many wonderful
years!!!

Often times
change is not easy
or what we think
we want. It is
often difficult to
accept and hard to
adjust to. But,
many times it is
for our own good
and in the end it
often brings
positive results.
We have been so
fortunate to have
had Gail Perrizo
on our team over
the years. She

Even though it is hard

to say goodbye to
Gail, I feel fortunate
to be able to introduce
you to Cindy Tubbs,
our newest addition to

on Monday February

excited to see what
ideas she will bring to
our activities
department. I
encourage you to stop
in and introduce
yourself to her and

A Fishy Story
While out fishing, the
game warden catches
Sean leaving a
reservoir with a bucket
of fish. "Aha, I've
caught you red-handed
poachin' fish. "What
do you mean, redhanded?" says Sean.
"You've got a bucket
full of 'em right there.
You can't talk your
way out of it this
time. Sean says, "Oh,
you don't understand,
these are my pet fish
and every week or so,
I bring them to the
reservoir for exercise.
After they swim a
little, they come back
to the bucket and I
bring 'em back home.
The warden looks at
him and says, "Do ya
expect me to believe
such a tale? "I can
prove it," says Sean.
They walk to the
reservoir and put the
fish in the water. They
wait for 20, 30, 40
minutes and the fish
don't come back. "Ha,
ya lying rogue!"
shouts the warden,
"Where are your fish?
Sean looks blankly at
him and asks, What
fish?
