Planning
Planning the material delivery schedule for supply of Wind Energy Convertor erection
works for all sites.
Giving dispatch Plan to Logistics department for dispatching material from internal
sites.
Framing of Project execution plan along with crane moment at various sites as per
business plan.
Based on material production plan the erection plan has to be prepared in order to
meet the customer demand within time bound.
Prepare material requirement planning based on installation plan and circulate to
central planning 1 month in advance
Preparation of planning schedule in communication with site incharge by using MS
Project.
SAP Activities
Responsible for creation of Projects.
Responsible for co-ordinating with marketing Dept. for creation of WBS elements.
Responsible for collection of data from various sites and enter the same in SAP
[Activity Conformation]
Responsible for creation of required Purchase requisitions in SAP related to project
execution.

Provide MIS on SAP regarding inventories at various sites.
