GORDON THOMAS PRATT, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states as
follows.
1.1 married Carol Jean Niemann, now known as Carol J. Spizzirri on February 24, 1968.1
filed a petition for divorce in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Family Court Branch,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 13,1980. A divorce was granted on November 5,
1981 by Judge Patricia S. Curley, Case No. 533969.
2. On or about September 5, 1979, my then wife, then known as Carol J. Pratt, was cited
for shoplifting at Fore More Food Stores, 10130 W. Appleton Avenue, Milwaukee, WI.
2a. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of a September 15, 1979 letter
to my then wife from her attorney and an accompanying September 12,1979 receipt for
$100.00 paid to the Milwaukee County Clerk of Courts for the shoplifting criminal
misdemeanor fine.
3. On May 9,1981, my then wife, then known as Carol J. Pratt, was arrested for
shoplifting at the Boston Store, 7700 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, WI, and was
subsequently indicted by Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Criminal Division, Case No.
2-268035. On September 23,1981, my then-wife waived her right to a jury trial and pled
guilty to all charges.
3a. Attached hereto as Exhibit B are true and correct copies of all available documents
pertaining to the case as maintained and certified August 21,2007 by the Milwaukee
County Clerk of Courts.
