E061
The start of our investigation was brought to our attention by Mr Guy Pinnock
resident engineer at Santander in MK experiencing numerous E061 errors .
What was discovered is that around the 350/400k copy/print amount the feed
actuators have become worn, Part nos

Conclusions
After the visit to Schulmans it was decided that we should look at several
different locations and using various paper types and device volume
loading.
It was discovered numerous levels of wear on the items mentioned and this
could have the potential to create situations of customer dissatisfaction as
sometimes the error codes generated do not always relate to the root cause
with engineers changing drive clutches etc.. Having a financial impact on
dealer and direct operations but also in the device availability to the end
user causing machine uptime to be lost .
So we would like engineering awareness levels need to be raised to
compensate for these phenomenon's with the possibility of TTEC further
investigating the materials used in manufacture to create more durable
items .
