Answer: For highest level of performance in the front desk job a
person need so many skills. For his personal skills that persons need
to be smart, good communication skills, good speakers as well as
listeners. For his job skills he needs to be service orientation, time
management, customer and personal service

Answer: Every client wants to see an employee make a genuine effort to
acknowledge and assist them. So as a front desk officer I always at first I
should stand up from my task and offer a smile and words of greeting as
well as make eye contact with the customer, then ask their question and
provide that services they want, and choose conservative, professional
outfits that are appropriate for our work environment. Be sure to dress and
act professionally. Because as a front desk officer you will be the first face
that a prospective customer sees.

Answer: I am an honest, punctual, Persistence, self motivated &
hardworking boy with positive attitude towards my career & my life. so I

requirement. I can easily communicate with customers in English and as a
student of MBA program I completed so many reports as per requirement
of my teachers so I think my writing skills is also good.

Take care of Guest Relation


Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and systems used in each sector of the
front office-housekeeping-reservation and be able to give a decisive supervision to the staff whenever
needed
Ensure that the various reports required for the day to day operation are completed accurately, and
distributed to the concerned departments
To participate in the requested monthly statistics and reports.
Ensure that all guests receive a courteous welcome upon check in.
Act as a salesperson in order to maximize the rooms revenue.
Ensure proper handling of guest mail, messages and parcels.
Dealing with all types of guest complaints and take preventive steps immediately.
Handling PABX System
Handling CCTV operation

Answer: I am a fresher, although I have no practical


knowledge but I have enough theoretical knowledge that is

best to fulfil all the needs of company from me.
