Summary:
I have 36 Years in the Electrical Construction Trade as a Journeyman, Foreman, General
Foreman, and Project Manager. My belief is electrical construction management must be meticulous at
its core. I have the ability to dissect the project and build it, task by task from procurement to
commissioning. I layout the work plan and match it to the project schedule, keeping track of our
scheduled work as it compares to the project, monitor any scheduling issues that would impair or delay
our work as it relates to production. This enables me to adjust to the ever changing schedule and
conditions that arise as the job progresses and document any delay costs and generate a PCO.
As a successful project manager the key is to have the ability to steer the project into our
waters, and lead, layout and prefab ahead of the projects schedule. I feel that my ability of pushing a
project enables me to dictate the pace of the job. The faster we finish, the more profit is realized. All
work, tools and material must be sequenced with the projects schedule and material handling and
staging must be coordinated to minimize excessive labor hours.
Effectively scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting all work from pre planning and permit
acquisition to final customer orientation. I have been able to introduce Agile Construction Methods to
all my projects.
I take pride in working closely and effectively with Architects, Engineers, Developers, Inspectors, City
Officials and Local Union Representatives. Our industry is one of relationships and all projects have to
begin with good relationships to be winners.

Managing the New Jersey Solar Division installing Roof Top solar systems on Target Retail Stores in New
Jersey and Long Island. Installation, start-up and commissioning of over 11 Mega Watts of PV power in a
(6) month period.

Oversee (7) Superintendents and 25 projects, controlling daily work schedules, Inspections and

material as per sequence of work demands, track all shipments, logging all deliveries, ensuring
safety meetings and standard are up held, filing monthly AIA forms for payment, writing and
logging all RFIs, estimating labor and material costs for all change order and extra work.
Hi Rise Hotels, Retail, Municipal, Manufacturing, Educational, and Healthcare were
targeted areas of work. I have managed various lighting retro fits, installing smart panels, energy
management systems, and complete energy efficient projects. I specialize in new construction
and have the ability to bring projects out of the ground.
Shift work has been extremely successful at IKEA in Elizabeth, and multiple Target Retail Stores.
I have also been involved in Contract Arbitration, maintaining budgets, and controlling overhead
