He offered me a bribe of $10 000.00 dollars. He and Mr. Chahal asked me to sign an affidavit saying that me and my three family members sign this Offidavit then we will get $10 000. Also stated that a person from the PC Party will call you and I have to simply say that | never signed the naminatian papers of Balraj Manhas. 3. He further stated that in case you do not want to receive $10 G00.00 cash here in Canada then he can make arrangement through his buddy Mr. Chahal. He told me that Mr. Chahal is a lawyer in Canada and he was a senior officer in india and he is well connected here and in india to arrange $10 000 to be paid in India. He further said in case if | and my family does not want cash then Mr. Chahil will buy vacation package for me ond my family for a trip to India so nebody will suspect this money transfer for signing the pre drafted affidavit they brought . | was surprised at his offer as he pretends in the community that he is a very honest and learned politician. 4. | became very upset at their offer and almost yelled at them and tald them that vote is my valuable right and please don’t corrupt the system of Canada, | asked them to leave my house right away and then Mr. Bhardwaj apologized to me and tried to cover it up.
