For any member that violates the principles of the stated agreements in this charter will

Assembly. The benefts of rights and privileges may only be restored by Nubian Unifed

Nations membership council. A member of the Nubian Unifed Nations that has broke the
vow of alliance and the statues within the current charter will be suspended indefnitely

by the appointed membership council. The Nubian Unifed Nations will not with hold any

being aiming to positively contribute in any manner to the Nubian Unifed Nations and its
member bodies and organizations

For the establishing of the heart and body organization of the Nubian Unifed Nations A
General Assembly, Membership Council, and Cultural Council, Economic council,

Security council, a intercontinental tribune with a tribune council. With all body members

For the General Assembly will consist of all members of the Nubian Unifed Nations. All
member nations should have at least three secured party members to represent for

them in the General Assembly. For the General Assembly will discuss all questions and

For the General Assembly will have a meeting of the minds for the cooperation in the

concerning our intercontinental peace and protection, the use of forces, if need be at

it's disposal, and regulation of all armed forces in case of possible disarmament. All task

forces are allowed a chief representative, and any member of the Nubian Unifed Nations
not apart of committee will be invited to help assist if needed due to insuffcient
participation by any member in it's duties and obligations.

For there is nothing in the current charter that will hinder any inherent natural rights of a
individual or collective being for it's own self defense if said attack happens to a

member our Nubian Unifed Nations, even before our Security council has taken the

proper precautions to sustain our intercontinental peace and protection. Any measure

taken by the member shall be notifed to the Nubian Unifed Nations Security council and
will not hinder the authority or responsibility of the Security council under the current
charter. Any action that is deemed necessary to sustain or revitalize intercontinental
peace and protection must be taken. For there is nothing in the current charter that

stop the existence of domestic regions having there own dealing when it come to matters
of sustaining our intercontinental peace and protection as it see ft especially if they are

Nations as the chief Judicial organ body for the Nubian Unifed Nations will be

body members to represent each nations from the highest of their qualifed as consults
with required competence in intercontinental and natural laws. A individual member in

the tribune can be a national of more the one nation if he or she deems so ft if they are

be elected by the General Assembly and our Security council from list of nominated

members that represent as a nation member. No nation member can nominate more the 3

member should review and discuss with it's highest tribune of justice, the legal faculties,

For no member of the tribune will act as a liaison, counsel, or assistant in any case. No

member of the tribune can act in the choices made in any case which has been previously
participated in as a counsel, liaison, or assistant, which open to be discussed by the

tribune members and has failed to fulfll the conditional obligations as a tribune member.

parts: written and oral. The written process will consist of communications to the tribune
and parties of any session, including all replies, and all paper and electronic documents

communicated to any party member involved. The oral process will consist of a hearing
by the tribune with witnesses, experts, and representatives,counsels, and liaisons.
