Charged with directing operations and strategic planning resulting in business growth for up to 250 locations in 23
states across the western U.S. with up to $50M+ total revenue. Supervised up to 4 Regional Operations Managers
and 3 Area Developers.
Accountable for raising franchisee profitability and YOY increases, as well as ensure compliance with corporate
policies.
Conduct audits and financial analysis for action planning. Launch best practices and marketing strategies. Prepare
