1. Preface
This software is for JRC ECDIS demonstration purpose only.
NOT TO BE USED FOR NAVIGATION.
System Requirements:
The operating environment of this demonstration software is as follows.
Confirm the environment of your PC.

Usage Restrictions:
This software can be operated only for THREE MONTHS after first start-up.
Also note that some available functions are limited. (E.g. SAVE function can not be
operated.) The following message is displayed when an unavailable function is
selected.

Demonstration software
(Default Windows display settings)
It is necessary to change the Windows desktop theme to make it the same display as
product model. Please note that to change the Windows theme means that your PC's
theme is also changed. The function of demonstration software is not influenced even if it
does not change Windows settings.
Select the theme file and left-click [Apply] button. The Windows desktop theme is
returned.
Setting of Windows7
1) Select the Windows menu; [Start][Control Panel][Theme] in [Desktop
customize].
2) Save your theme in [my theme].
3) Select the Windows Classic theme in [basic theme and high contrast theme].
That is the end of changing the Windows desktop theme.
After use the demonstration software, return setting of your Windows desktop theme in
[my theme].
3) Left-click the [Install] button. It takes some time to install the software.
2) The usage approval screen of the demonstration software appears. Push the Accept
button if you agree to the content.
3) Left-click the [Navigation & Planning] button to start the ECDIS demonstration.
CAUTION
The following problem may occur because of incompatibility with the hardware accelerator.

If this is the case, adjust the hardware acceleration.
Windows XP
Click the [Start], [Control Panel], [Display], [Settings], [Advanced], respectively. And then click the
[Troubleshoot] tub and slide the [Hardware acceleration] knob to None.
Windows Vista
Click the [Start], [Control Panel], [Customize Desktop], [Personalization], [Display], [Advanced], respectively.
And then click the [Troubleshoot] tub and [Modification]. Slide the [Hardware acceleration] knob to None.
