Regatta

The apartment is very light and airy with wonderful sea views and will appeal to
anyone looking to relax. The beach is just a few steps away.
Dont feel like cooking, you are spoilt for choice of superb cafes and restaurants right
on Henley Square. You can choose them from your balcony!!

There is also a large supermarket right at your door, or if you need some retail
therapy there is also some boutique shops at street level on the square.

You will be given two sets of keys for your use during your stay. Australian Luxury Stays will
confirm key collection with you prior to arrival. On departure please put keys, remote, pass
and fobs in the pouch provided and place in the letterbox in the foyer, unless otherwise
discussed with the Australian Luxury Stays team.

One set of keys includes a Fob for entry thru the front door and elevator access, a key for the
Front Gate and Front Door to the apartment, a car park pass, and a roller door remote.
The second set of keys includes a Fob for entry thru the front door and elevator access, a
key for the Front Gate and Front Door to the apartment.

You may enter Regatta through the Baju Building entrance North of the complex. To enter
the front door, you will need to use your Fob to swipe underneath the phone and intercom
mounted on the wall. To gain access through the second glass door, swipe the Fob again
against the wall. To use in the lift, please swipe against the wall next to the buttons and
select level 2. This particular swipe point is currently hidden behind an interior cloth.

You will exit the lift through the door opposite to the one you used to enter. Follow the
corridor straight ahead, make a right turn and head to the last right turn at the end of this
corridor. This will take you to apartment 207. Use the key to unlock the Gate and Front Door.

When you depart ensure both the Front and Balcony Doors are locked.

Please ensure both sets of keys and fobs are placed in the pouch provided and placed in the
letterbox in the foyer. Any missing keys or fobs will result in a replacement charge.
The charge to replace the entrance/elevator fob is approximately $120, and to replace the
car park pass is $350, and to replace the garage remote is $80.

Regatta has secure underground parking. The car park is in the Basement level of Foodland
and can be accessed using the bar coded car park pass via Military Road through the
second entrance. You will need to hold up the access Strip on the LHS of the window to
open the boom gate. The Roller Door is within the car park area to the back of the car
parking spaces.

There is a phone provided for local calls in the apartment. The phone number is,

There is also a WiFi connection available for your use and the password is,
A4BB20421F.
The network providing this service and their code, should you need it is,
BigPondD3C017 (typed upper and lower case as you see it).
To play DVDs etc through the TV select input HDMI 1 (satellite) from the TV input menu.

Guests are not permitted to make noise affecting neighbours between the hours of 10pm and
8am during the week and from 12 midnight and 8am on weekends. Please adhere to this rule
and respect the privacy of your neighbours.

Cleaning arrangements may vary depending on the length of stay and will be stipulated at
the time of booking.
Please be advised, it is the guests responsibility to clean the BBQ prior to departure. A
cleaning fee of $50 will be charged upon failure to clean the BBQ.

If you would like a service clean during your stay this can be arranged at a cost to you by
phoning our office on 8232 6388.

Rubbish bins are located on the lower floor (-1)

Regatta has ducted air conditioning with total thermal control.

There are automated blinds in the living area. Remote controls are located near the
television.

It is in inevitable that accidents happen. Please complete the Housekeeping & Repairs
request to replace small items, such as glasses. For any major breakages please contact
Australian Luxury Stays on 1300 884 221or Mobile 0406 046 868.

Please ensure that all external doors are locked when you leave the apartment.

All linen is supplied and on arrival all beds are made. Sufficient linen is provided for your stay
however should you require extra linen please phone Australian Luxury stays on
0406 046 868.

A washing machine is located in the laundry Cupboard by the bathroom for your
convenience. When using the drier please keep the doors to the laundry area open and the
exhaust fan on. The master switch for the exhaust fan is in the hallway near the door to the
laundry.

This is a non smoking property.

Body wash and hand soap is supplied in the bathrooms.

The supermarket hours are Monday to Friday 7.30a.m. to 9.00p.m.. Saturday 7.30a.m. to
5.00p.m.. Sunday 11.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. Boutiques hours vary and will have a notice on their
doors specifying their individual hours.

When leaving the property please turn off lights and air conditioners. Please recycle as
much of your rubbish as possible using the recycle bins supplied and keep water use to a
minimum.

The lock up procedure is detailed under the Keys heading in this document. Please place
keys and fobs in the pouch provided and place in the letterbox.
