DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

5.1. Discussion
Based on the projects we have carried out, we found that the equipment known as 'mini
portable Incinerator' is very appropriate and practical to be improved as it provides many
advantages and facilities to users
In addition, with the availability of this equipment will increase economic policies with
reduced production of goods that cannot be recycled issued by the state. Additionally can not
only facilitate the work of solid waste management, but also reduces the air pollution that is
increasing in our country.
Moreover, the problem of solid waste management in our country cannot be managed
well. This case because the landfill being limited due to rapid development and developing and
disposal of solid waste that cannot be controlled. The existence of this equipment such as
problems can be resolved in an efficient and systematic. It also reduces groundwater
contamination as a result of waste water that is absorbed into the ground.
People in this country are not going to worry anymore with the problem of solid waste
management was approached by a poorly managed. They will not worry about health problems
due to air pollution, odor and water. Conclusion, people should always be alert and have a
heightened awareness about the environment. So we, as a society in this country should take
more proactive action to preserve the environment from more polluted.

5.2. Conclusion

In conclusion, through this project has been carried out there is a lot of knowledge has
been obtained. Among them we can understand about how perfect the combustion process and
the use of this equipment on the environment.
In addition, we learn how to manage a systematic and planned work on the Gantt chart
have been made. Through this project we were able to exchange ideas and knowledge with a
discussion beforehand to achieve the required objectives. Spirit of cooperation between a group
of friends is very important in producing quality work. Discussions with supervisors also helped
resolve a problem in this project, all the opinions and recommendations provided by supervisors
and colleagues combined group and produce a brilliant idea.
Therefore, the project produced we can practice all the knowledge, skills and theories
learned before. Among these is the means of connecting piping systems, water filtration methods
manually, welding and assembly process and tapping screw holes.

5.3 Suggestion

Among the proposals can be put forward is to innovate more equipment to carry out the
combustion process more effective and complete. for example, to carry out improvements to the
burner chamber, by changing the design of the site so that dust generated from the combustion
process can be collected and removed from the combustor quickly and neatly without having to
clean the burner chamber after completion of the combustion process carried out.
In addition, the recommendations those are improvements on the type of sprinkler. The
projects we have carried out we have to use this type of a manual sprinkler fountain of water
through the pump system. Therefore, betterment is to change the automatic sprinkler can detect
smoke and emit water automatically when there is the presence of smoke.
In addition, the management of water filtration systems have enhanced by adding
substances to filter water that filtered water is cleaner and can be reused for subsequent
combustion process. The projects we have carried out only water filtration system using
materials such as coal and aggregates. So, improvements can be made on a water filter system is
by adding materials such as sand and gravel
