The business of the Venvi Group of Companies started in 1995 when its shipping

corporation, the Silver Duck Shipping was established which operates and acts as
an agent for seagoing vessels.
One pioneering family, the Valdez clan, started the business through the initiative of
the CEO and Chairman of the Venvi Group of Companies, Atty. Hilario P. Valdez. The
business grew and is now one of the biggest and most widely diversified
conglomerates not only in the Ilocos province but in the Philippines, with leadership
positions in real estate development, agro-industrial ventures, construction, logistics
and shipping, water and electric infrastructure development and management, and
other domestic and international operations

VVH Construction provides construction services for both horizontal and vertical
works. It has handled numerous commercial construction developments such as

office buildings, warehouses and plants, residential houses, hospitals and interior firouts of various business establishments. They have also handled construction works
on bridges, roads, water containment dams, drainage systems, irrigation systems
and others.

VVH Construction fabricates RC Pipes, concrete pavers, steel columns and beams
and steel trusses. It also has a Batching Plant that produces Ready-mix Concrete.
