This CHATTLE MORTGAGE, made and executed by ______________
(hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGOR), Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence

(hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGEE), Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence

WITNESSETH:
That the MORTGAGOR does hereby convey by way of CHATTLE
MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, the following described personal property,
ordinarily situated and presently in the possession of the said MORTGAGOR, to wit:

2) Sony PS3 Serial No. 222222

That this CHATTLE MORTGAGE is given as security for the payment to the
MORTGAGEE, of a certain promissory note, dated December 11, 2006 for the sum of
TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000 Php) with interest thereon at the rate of twelve per
centum (12%) per annum, according to the terms thereof.

MORTGAGOR, his heirs, executors, or administrators shall well and truly perform the
full obligation above stated according to the terms thereof, this CHATTLE MORTGAGE
shall be null and void, OTHERWISE, it shall remain in full force and effect and shall be
enforceable in the manner provided by law.
