Daily Work schedule: Daily work schedule defines the working hours and break
timings of group of employees during a given day.
The daily work schedule determines the structure of working times in the enterprise
at the daily level. You can also define actual normal working conditions and those
that differ from externally or internally determined daily working times. In this way,
you set up working times defined for specific employees. The planned working time
specified in a daily work schedule is the basis for payment calculation of actual
working times that are relevant for payroll, as well as the valuation of attendances
and absences.
The daily work schedule, along with Break Schedules, comprise the working times
for a particular day. You can base the daily work schedule on such working time
models as flextime by defining the following:

CASUAL LEAVE:
Time off from work, paid on account of employee unavailability to perform duties
because of personal reasons. All regular Employees all are entitled for 12days per
annum. Casual Leave minimum usage is 1 day and maximum usage is 03 days.
SICK LEAVE:
Time off from work paid on account of an employees temporary inability to perform
duties because of sickness or disability. All regular Employees all be entitled for
12days per annum. Sick leave minimum usage is 1 day and maximum usage is
03days.
Maternity Leave:
It will cover only married female employees who have completed 180 days of
continuous service on date of availing this leave. Maternity Leave maximum
admissibility is 90 days in an year and is restricted to two children .i.e. it can be
availed twice in the service tenure ,with full pay, 6 weeks before and 6 weeks after
delivery, which will be paid. Another 3 months will be provided which will be unpaid.
PATERNITY LEAVE:
It will cover only married male employees who has completed 180 days of service
in the organization including leaves & holidays. This Leave can be availed for
restricted to two children. Leave maximum admissible is 5 days with full pay, 2 days
before and 2 days after delivery.
PRIVILEGE LEAVE :
Employees who have completed probationary period will be eligible for privilege
leave. Privilege leave can be carry forwarded to the next year. Maximum
Entitlement of leaves will be 60 Leaves. These are the only leaves that are
applicable for the employees who are serving notice period at the time of
withdrawal of services from the company and are encashed after the completion of
notice period. Privilege leaves can also be carrying forward in every year beyond 16
leaves.
