A very simple non-alcoolic cocktail.

2 oz Grenadine
4 oz Ginger Ale
Method: On the Rocks
Glass: Highball
Recipe:
1.

Add grenadine in a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes.

2.

Top with ginger ale. Some use Sprite instead.

3.

Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and/or and orange wedge.

This mocktail is a take-off on the Bloody Mary.

Rim a tall glass with celery salt.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in all ingredients, keeping the tomato juice last.

A very refreshing summer mocktail

4 oz Iced Tea

Simply mix half cold iced tea and half cold lemonage in a tall glass!
4. Virgin Margarita

A very easy non alcoholic but very tasty margarita. Serves 4.

3 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Lime Juice

Mix all of the ingredients together (except the ice) in a pitcher

Stir for a minute then add the ice and stir for a little bit longer.

Rim your glass with sugar or salt.

Fill glass with ice cubes, then empty in to blender. Chill glass whilst finishing this recipe.

Add equal parts of pineapple juice and sweetened coconut cream. Do not add any dairy
cream!

Blend vigorously until the mix has the texture of a thick milkshake.
Pour in to chilled glass. Add a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry to
garnish. Drink through a straw.

Shake with pine and orange juice over ice.

6 Mint Leaves

Add the lime juice, brown sugar and mint leaves in a Highball glass.

Bruise a few mint leaves using a spoon so that their juice can get out.

Let this mix rest for a few hours for best results.

Fill the glass with ice and stir.

Top with Club Soda (or Sprite).

Add a twig of mint for decoration.

3 oz V8 vegetable juice
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch peppers
1 celery stick

2 oz tomato juice
2 oz beef bouillon
1/4 oz lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce

3 oz raspberry puree
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
1/2 oz raspberry syrup
Blend briefly with half a glassful of

with raspberries, and serve.

Virgin Sex On The Beach recipe


1 part orange juice
1 part cranberry juice
1 oz peach nectar
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
Mix equal parts of orange juice and
cranberry juice, add nectar, and pour
over ice. Sink the grenadine, garnish
with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
