S there are only a few days left until New


Year 2013, people are starting to make
plans for resolutions and mine is to lead a
successful, happy and healthy life.
There are 101 ways to get success, happiness and good health in your life. So these
are a little gift from me to all readers. Please
follow these tips and start your new year in a
healthy, happy and successful way.
1. When you awake, alive in the morning,
thank God for it.
2. Start your day, with two big glasses of
water.
3. Pray five times a day.
4. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a
prince and dinner like a poor.
5. After lunch, walk for 15-20 minutes
6. Eat nutritious foods, which grow on
trees and plants.
7. Try to spend some time in sunlight every
day; it is the natural source of vitamin D.
8. Play some brain games.
9. Sit in silence, for at least 10 minutes a
day.
10. Go for a walk every day and while you
walk, smile.
11. Try to do some meditation, every day.
12. Try to do something which you enjoy a
lot, like dancing and listening to music.
13. Try to drink natural fruit juice, instead
of drinking frizzy drinks i.e. Pepsi and
Miranda. Stop drinking them, they are injurious to health.
14. Try to eat salads, every day.
15. Try to eat more fruits and nuts, instead
of chips and biscuits.
16. Try to eat healthy and nutritious foods
and spend your life in a healthy way.
17. Try to refresh yourself, by doing some
meditation. It will help you to lower your
stress level.
18. Try to share your problems with your
loved ones.
19. Try to take daily nutritional supplements i.e. multivitamins, multiminerals, proteins and omega 3 and 6.
20. Try to drink green tea daily, at least
three cups a day. It will help you to sharpen
your mind.
21. Use your brain as much as you can.
22. Try to do some yoga, it will unite your
body and mind.
23. Try to make people smile and spread
love.
24. Dont put your head in things, which
you cant understand.
25. Try to be stress-free by doing deep
breathing, listening to music, dancing, singing, laughing, cleaning your wardrobe, chewing some gum, drinking orange juice, walking, doing some yoga, smelling something
good. Following a hobby, talking to a friend
and spending some time alone or sharing
your feelings with someone.
26. The best way to begin something is to
quit talking and start doing.
27. Dont compare yourself with others,
comparing you with others means insulting
yourself.
28. Dont think negatively, think positively.
29. Dont talk too much, but dont be too
serious, spend your life in a balanced way.
30. Dont waste your precious time and
energy on gossip.
31. Make an ambition in your life and try to
achieve your ambition.
32. Dont be jealous, because, jealousy is a
waste of time.
33. Dont waste time; if you kill time, then,
time will kill you.
34. Always accept your fault, because

everyone makes mistakes in life, but always


remember that making a mistake means you
had never tried something new in your life.
35. Dream while you are awake, because
dreaming will help you to follow your ambitions.
36. Talk positively to yourself about your
goals.
37. Dont take your life, too seriously, dont
overdo, just be in limits.
38. Be a noble and mature person.
39. Dont remind your partner with his/
her mistakes, that will destroy your present
happiness.
40. Forget your past and start your life
afresh because you are in charge of your own
life.
41. Have some confidence in yourself. It
can help you to build a stronger relationship
with your partner.
42. Dont argue. If you do so, you dont
have to win every argument. Agree to disagree, it will create a sense of peace in your
life.
43. Dont hate others, because life is too
short to waste your time by hating others.
44. Learn to love yourself and others.
45. Learn to control your worries and
change your thinking to happiness and positive thoughts.
46. Be a soft-spoken person.
47. Dont worry about your life as however
good/bad a situation is, it will change, because the best is yet to come.

from that situation, because life is a school.
50. Be positive, when you decide to
achieve a thing.

people think about you!
54. Avoid being a perfectionist, it will only
frustrate you and hold you back.
55. Dont take your job too seriously; it
wont take care of you when you are sick, stay
in touch with your family and friends.

57. Dont be an aggressive person.
58. Dont be selfish in your life, because
selfishness can harm your happiness.
59. Do something which you will love to do.
60. Dont be unemotional, because a person without emotions is just like a rose without fragrance.
61. Try to lead your life in a simple way, because simplicity is the best sophistication.
62. Dont follow your ego every time, because the ego is a poisonous virus that kills a
persons emotions.

share your worries with your loved ones,
maybe you will find solutions for your problems.
