Some guidelines are as follows:
Make presentation clear, use bullet, less text, add figures
Use fonts that have solid lines (e.g, use Arial rather than Times New
Roman)
Speak loudly and slowly, use easy English, keep the time limit in mind
Stay while in a slide, do not move too fast. Do not move back and
forth between slides
Practice few times before you present
Do not obstruct the display board
If there is a Question and Answer session, then carefully listen to the
questions, try to answer honestly
