Teacher: Mar xism intensified and sharpened my motivation; as well
as; my actual intellectual, emotional and physical ef forts to find out
and eradicate the root cause of suf fering! It empowered the rustic
fighter within me; to end exploitation, injustice and resultant misery
in society! I began to listen; apart from the cry of my heart; to the call
of my conscience, which was hitherto; barely accessible to me! This
aspect of Marxism was and is; more than vital for every one of us! I
found true atheism to be an empowering doctrine; as it could free an
individual from the paranoid fear of God and the parasitic dependence
on God!
Student: What exactly is the meaning of atheism ? Is it just a lack of
belief in God? Is it not arrogant to deny the existence of some creator
or a superpower?
Teacher: This is a complex subject! The prevalent interpretation of
the word theism; is belief in God and atheism connotes lack of faith

globally benevolent and internally satisfying.
Student: But from stage of being charitable to your present stage;
your life must have changed; is it not true?
Teacher: Yes! That is true.
Student: Sir, up till now; I did not notice the concern of my soul for
the pains of others! I neither tried my hand at charity nor did I grow
with the Marxist spirit of struggling to destroy the root causes of

it help me as well?

Teacher: At least I dont know. But you can surely bear with; as well

As regards the career; the primary focus in the career was to follow
the whisper of my deep instincts ! As a result the search for a holistic
solution continued unabated. The difficulties in this search; actually
triggered even keener study and exploration and helped me to grow

This leads to secretion of various chemical substances called
neurotransmitters in a central funnel like part called hypothalamus at
the bottom of brain, which influences the pituitary gland and cortex
of the adrenal gland. It secretes cortisol, which, when in excess; is
responsible for various ill effects of stress; such as on liver, heart and
immune system responsible for body resistance.
b) Str essors can act on the pineal gland,
which is located in the

They vary in accordance with the individuals level of consciousness,

Teacher: NAMASMARAN means; remembering the name of God,
Guru, great souls such as prophets and holy objects such as planets
and stars. But the essential aspect is; the name implies absolute truth
or true self; and is called NAMA! Initially it appears to be just a
proper noun! But actually it implies Brahma, Paramatma, Ishwar; the
supreme omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent eternal God, which
is the same as the essence of our Guru!
It may be remembered silently , loudly, along with music, dance,
along with breathing, in group or alone, either with simultaneous
counting by rosary (called SMARANI or JAP AMALA) or without
counting. The traditions vary from region to region and from religion
to religion; but the universal principle underlying NAMASMARAN
is to reorient ourselves; with our true self and reestablish the bond

the components of this mixture are variable in terms of their

NAMASMARAN is not an idle activity as it appears.Actually; when

Teacher: Yes! NAMASMARAN; begun with a practice of 5 minutes
per day; even if it is without any understanding; gradually reduces
the time; of our intellectual, emotional and instinctual involvement;
in subjective issues and transforms; our individualistic (and
fragmented and sectarian) perspective, thinking, feelings and instincts;
into holistic or objective. This marks the beginning of our ascent
towards our true self; to finally become one with it!
In the course of time; as we ascend up; we start getting the glimpses
of our immortality; and begin to realize how our goals and ef

have reached to their appropriate destination/culmination!As a result
of the involvement in NAMASMARAN we begin to understand that
