Sydney does not need two conflicting Rail Technologies. This only ensures that High Speed Rail will never operate.
One Rail Technology for Sydney for many other reasons including that I oppose 70% Standing Room carriages.
Sydney needs a second City Circle Heavy Railway Line (Bradfield Line) to be used by Western Line except Richmond
and Northern Line Trains. Unused Platforms at Central (26 & 27) and St. James (2 & 3) and the Macquarie Street Rail
Tunnels saves many millions of dollars in construction costs. Three Point Funding Formula: Railways Lottery Railway
Bonds Restaurant/Lounge Carriages. In my ISPUT website the Eastern Line Extension will feed into the East Hills Line
and the South Eastern Line will feed into the Bankstown Line. The Southern Thunderer is my online newspaper that
is updated on a daily basis. The Transport Page has more articles that other Page Categories. ISPUT(Improve Sydney
Public Transport) is my other website that supports Heavy Rail Expansion and also contains the Sydney 2015 Election
Page. High Speed Rail (HSR) that operates at speeds of 450km/h to every Capital City including Hobart via a roll-on
roll-off Rail Ferry across Bass Strait is needed more than Rapid Transit Metro Rail. I support a Sydney CBD City Circle
Light Rail Line and Newcastle Light Rail that also retains the Heavy Rail Line. These maps can be viewed and

other alternative transportation proposals using the same funding amounts that the WestConnex will consume.
Infrastructure spending is typically large consumers of capital, therefore it if critical to ensure that the finite capital
available is spent in the best interest of the community. Continued enhancement of public transportation is essential
to a growing city like Sydney, likewise building of public roads is also critical. Getting the balance right is of upmost
importance. Having a detailed plan backed up by cost-benefit analysis, combined with community buy-in will ensure
the best outcome for the community.
