VALUATION DETAILS

1. Basis of present Valuation: The Land & Building Method was adopted
for valuation. The enquiries made from sub
registrars office Jalandhar reveals that a property near the 10Kanal -12
marla portion was sold @ Rs.500/ Marla.
Hence the rate of 10 Kanal-12 Marla portion is adopted as Rs.500/
marla for the year 1982.
Considering the fact that remaining 22 kanals are situated on link road,
& others advantages the rate adopted for the year1982 for this portion is
Rs.800/ marla
