Lip Spoiler Kit

Note
The contents include the lip spoiler (5K0 807 110A), adapter (5K0 805 915), Diffuser (5K0 805 915 9B9),
(5) five speed clips (N 909 591 01), and (9) screws (N 909 747 01).

Attention
Before starting make sure painted and trim surfaces are protected to avoid scratching during installation
process of the items. Use proper surface protection covers and work attire free of dirt and grease.

T25 Torx Bit

Step #01

Step #02

Using a T25 torx bit, remove the (6) six screws on the
underside of the diffuser adapter.

With the screws removed, start at one end of the


adapter and pull backward and down to release the
tabs and remove the adapter. Discard the adapter
once removed from the vehicle.

Place the new adapter (5K0 805 915 9B9) into


position and push the tabs of the bumper cover into the
corresponding slots on the adapter.

Place the (6) screws (removed in step #01) back into


the locations on the bottom of the new adapter, and
into the corresponding holes on the bottom of the
vehicle.

Note

Note

You will hear an audible click when the tabs are


fully engaged.

Torque the screws to 3Nm.

Attention
Be sure to center the adapter on the vehicle prior
to engaging the locking tabs.

Step #05

Step #06

Place the lip spoiler up to the adapter bracket. Line up


the tabs on the lip spoiler to the openings on the
adapter. Slide the tabs of the lip spoiler into the slots
of the adapter (#1). Lock the spoiler in place by
locking the top tabs (#2) into the corresponding top
slots of the adapter.

Place the supplied speed clips onto the corresponding


four locations on the bottom side of the bumper cover.
Slide the clips forward to lock them into place.

Note

You will hear an audible click when the tabs are


fully engaged.

There are (5) five speed clips in total.

Place the lip spoiler/adapter assembly under the front


bumper. Line up the tabs on the spoiler, with the slots
on the bottom side of the bumper cover.

Starting at one end of the spoiler, and working to the


other side, place the tabs into the slots.
Attention
Lightly pull the lip spoiler toward the front of the
vehicle to seat the spoiler.

Place four supplied screws (white arrows) into the holes


on the bottom (rearward) of the adapter and into the
speed clips (placed on the vehicle in step #02).

Place five supplied screws (red arrows) into the holes


on the bottom (forward) of the adapter and into the
plastic on the bottom of the bumper cover.

Note
Torque the screws to 3Nm.

Torque the screws to 3Nm.

Verify the fitment. If any fitment issues are identified,


use the above steps to reinstall the spoiler and adjust
the fitment. Clean up any fingerprints, grease, etc.

Place a copy of the Vehicle Loading/Clearance


Notation form into the glove compartment of the
vehicle.

The lip spoiler in the procedure is not painted for


illustration purposes.
