CLIO RE-SYNCHRONISING
1. Lock the vehicle manually
2. Now, unlock the Car manually
3. Quickly insert the key into ignition within 30 seconds.
4. Turn Ignition and start vehicle.
MEGANE RF RESYNCHRONISING
Hold the remote control button down for 10 seconds or longer (until the red telltale light on the key extinguishes) then press it again for 3 times.
Check that the doors lock and unlock the vehicle correctly.
MEGANE WITH EARLY REMOTE (LED SWITCHES OFF WHEN HOLDING BUTTON DEPRESSED)
MEGANE RF RESYNCHRONISING
Hold the remote control button down for longer than 10 seconds (until the red telltale light on the key extinguishes). Then you'll have to press it again
3 times.
Check that the doors lock and unlock correctly.
DISPATCH
1. Turn Ignition ON, and wait for LED to go out.(If fitted)
2. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button with 20 seconds.
3. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK on other PLIPS within 10 seconds.
CITROEN C3
Switch ignition ON.
Press and hold lock button for 10 seconds.
Switch ignition OFF.
Wait 3 seconds.
Synchronization procedure complete.
Repeat above procedure to program remaining keys.
Confirm synchronization has been successful by locking and unlocking vehicle.
***If you have only one key skip to step 16. Otherwise continue to step 7.***
7. Lock the door again (physically) with the key, (not the remote) by turning clockwise.
8. Press the unlock button two times with a one second interval in between, the lights will flash with each button press for a
total of two flashes.
9. Wait 10 seconds and press the unlock button. The doors should unlock. The second transmitter is now programmed.
***If you have three keys proceed to step 10. Otherwise skip to step 16.***
10. Lock the door again (physically) with the key, (not the remote) by turning clockwise.
11. Press the unlock button three times with a one second interval in between, the lights will flash with each button press for
a total of three flashes.
12. Wait 10 seconds and press the unlock button. The doors should unlock. The third transmitter is now programmed.
***If you have four keys proceed to step 13. Otherwise skip to step 16.***
13. Lock the door again (physically) with the key, (not the remote) by turning clockwise.
14. Press the unlock button four times with a one second interval in between, the lights will flash with each button press for a
total of four flashes.
15. Wait 10 seconds and press the unlock button. The doors should unlock. The fourth transmitter is now programmed.
16. Remove the key from the ignition.
Make sure that to test the newly program remotes, the original key is removed from the ignition since this exits the
programming process. Someone might be a bit frustrated trying to test it with it still in 'program' mode.
I had some diffuculty accessing the programming mode. If it doesnt work then take the key out of the ignition and start over.
Rinse lather repeat. It will go eventually

Turn ignition switch to the Accessory position (KL R), and then turn it off
again within 5 seconds.

While holding down the unlock button, depress and release the lock
button (button with the BMW logo) three times (within 10 seconds of
depressing the unlock button).

Release the unlock button. The LED in the key will flash momentarily.
The GM will immediately lock and unlock the doors signaling a successful
initialization.

Method 1:
1. Working from within the vehicle and with the doors shut
2. Turn ignition to position 1 and back to off within 5 seconds.
3. Remove the key from ignition and press and hold the unlock button for 15
seconds during this time press the key lock button 3 times within 5 seconds.
4. Release both buttons.
5. Doors will lock and unlock to show correct programming has occurred.
Method 2:
To do this procedure you need to have one working key and one key that needs to
be programmed.
1) Get in and close all doors.
2) Turn on the ignition and turn off quickly. (No more than 5 seconds) to start the
process. Next action must take place within 30 seconds.
3) Remove the 1st key.
4) Hold the key up near your left shoulder (this is so it is closer to the remote
receiver antenna.
5) Hold down the unlock button and press the lock button 3 times. Release the
unlock button and the doors lock which confirms the operation.
6) Quickly repeat steps 4 & 5 for key #2 etc.
If it does not work, try doing the keys in opposite order. Key 2 then key 1, vs 1 then
2.
Method 3:
Alternate if you do not have a working remote
1. Turn key to position 1 five times very quickly 2. Remove key 3. Hold unlock
button then press lock button 3 times, release unlock button.
4. If you have another key do the same button pressing within 30 seconds 5. Turn
on ignition to finalise.
PLEASE NOTE: This programming procedure programs the remote control part of
the key. Any transponder chip for the immobiliser (starting of car) will not be
programmed and must be done by a specialist.
FORD FOCUS
Follow this procedure to program your factory remote transmitter for
your Ford Focus:
1. Close all doors to make sure conflicting chimes do not sound during
programming.
2. Turn the ignition switch from position I to position II four times
within six seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to position 0.
4. A chime sounds and an LED will illuminate to indicate that the
learning mode has been accessed and it is possible to program remote
transmitters.
5. Within 10 seconds of the previous step, press any button on the
remote transmitter being programmed until a chime is heard and the
LED flashes. This indicates a new transmitter code has been
successfully received.
6. After each successful remote transmitter programming, another 10
second learning mode is automatically entered, up to a maximum of
four times.
7. To program additional remote transmitters, repeat step 5.
8. The system will exit the learning mode if the ignition switch is
turned to position III, no new remote transmitter is programmed during
the 10 seconds or if four remote transmitters have been programmed.
NOTE: An incorrect programming procedure does not affect the stored
codes.
NOTE: A maximum of four remote transmitters can be programmed to
the vehicle. Programming must be done at the same time for all the
remote transmitters.
NOTE: Before entering the remote transmitter programming mode,
make sure that the vehicle battery is fully charged and that the antitheft system is not armed or triggered (if equipped).
