I.Objectives
At the end of the lesson, 85% of the students are expected to:
a. identify the baking tools;
b. classify the baking tools according to their uses;
c. appreciate and value the importance of baking tools.

III. Procedure
A. Routinary Matters

B. Review
Review the last topic about baking tools and equipment and their uses.
C. Motivation
I will need 10 students to volunteer and then they will identify the tools and
classify it according to their uses.
D. Lesson Proper
1. Abstraction
Identify the baking tools.
2. Applications
Classify the baking tools according to their uses.
3. Values Integration
Appreciate and value the importance of baking tools.

E. Activity
Class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will choose 1
representative in every question or round to answer. Group that get high score
will be automatically declared as winner.
F. Generalization
At the end of lesson, students will be able to identify, classify, appreciate
and value the importance of baking tools.
