Please note the following:


Juniors and Seniors to jump together,
they will be split for the jump off.
Rosettes 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for Juniors, and Seniors.
Maximum of 3 classes and pairs.
Juniors are aged 17 yrs and under,
Seniors are 18 yrs and over, as of January 1st 2015

Novelty classes along with several handling classes,
(a free to enter) best horse/pony shown by a LDRC member class,

RULES:
1.
No entries will be accepted without the appropriate fee or passport.
2.
All horses will be measured if deemed necessary.
3.
The Committee cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage to, or
injury from accidents or any other cause.
4.
No horse or pony is to be left unattended or ridden outside the rings.
5.
The Committee has the right to request a Birth Certificate as proof of age.
6.
Any exhibitor lodging a protest must first deposit 10 with the Secretary,
which will be forfeited to the fund if the complaint is not sustained. All
complaints must be received before the end of the event.
7.
The decision of the Judges in all competitions, and that of the objecting
Committee in cases of dispute, will be final, and without further appeal.
8.
No person except the competitor will be allowed into the ring under any
circumstances, whatsoever. This rule will be strictly adhered to.
9.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry without any explanation
being offered.
10.
Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted. (we recommend
PASO 15 or BSEN 1384 hats). ASTMS hats also acceptable.
11.
All cups must be returned one month prior to the show.
12.
Persons breaking any rules may be expelled from the showground.
13.
All ridden horses and ponies must be four years old or over.
14.
The Committee reserves the right to alter the running order of the
classes or rings used for classes, if necessary, to ensure the smooth
running of the event.
15.
Exhibitors must hold sufficient third party liability insurance.
16.
Whilst on the showground, no colt or stallion is to be handled by any
person under 15 years of age.
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

The Societys officers, or servants, shall not be responsible:

To any person whatsoever on the Societys premises, or while entering


or leaving the same, for any loss however sustained or caused to the
property of such person, or injury, fatal or otherwise, to any such person.
For any accident, damage or loss, however caused, that may occur to
any exhibitor or his servant, or to any animal, article or property, brought
into the showground, or while entering or leaving, or being carried into
and out of the said showground.
Each exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any loss, injury or damage
that may be done to, occasionally by, or arising from any article, animal
or property exhibited or brought on the showground by him, and he shall
indemnify and hold harmless the Society from and against all action,
suits, expenses and claims on account of or in respect of any such
damage or injury which may be caused or occasioned.
