SB RESOLUTION NO. 034-2015

DECLARING AS VALID AND OPERATIVE THE HEREUNDER BARANGAY RESOLUTIONS,
AMENDING THE APPROVED BARANGAY AIP FOR CY 2014 FUNDED UNDER THE
MUNICIPAL AID OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY.

WHEREAS, submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay for approval on

review pursuant to Section 333 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, are the following Barangay Resolutions, Amending their approved
Barangay AIP for CY 2014 funded under the Municipal Aid of the Local Government of Guinobatan,
Albay, to wit:

Municipal Aid 2014 from Construction of 1 Unit Health Center to
Construction of 1 Unit Submersible Pump Amounting to
Php150,000.00.

Amending the Approved Barangay AIP for CY 2014 under the

Municipal Aid from Construction of Line Canal Cover &
Construction of Line Canal at Purok 1 to
Construction/Rehabilitation of Line/Drainage Canal Amounting
to Php 150,000.00.

WHEREAS, after thorough review and deliberation, the same were found to be in order
since said resolutions were passed in accordance with the prescribed powers vested upon the
concerned Sanggunian, hence, recommended for their approval;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to declare as it hereby declares as valid and operative for CY 2014 the aboveenumerated Amendatory Barangay Resolutions.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Councils concerned are hereby informed that
this review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or
inconsistent with the provision of law.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the concerned Barangay
Councils, through their Punong Barangay, the Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Accountant and
other concerned offices, for their information and guidance.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 23rd day of March, 2015 on motion of the lead
sponsoring committee chairman, Hon. Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and unanimously seconded by
the body.
