cost & peril.
(Note: I-beam, shims, bolts & nuts and other accessories, including laying of steel structures for
wall-tie brackets to Tower Crane collar, are the responsibilities of Main-Contractor execute
when necessary.)
Monthly Regular Maintenance Servicing
To provide technicians to general inspect the crane structure and mechanism at one time per
month, during normal office hours, which is compulsory for the safe operation; excluding
grease, gear oil and other spare-parts which will be charged separately.

Dismantling Charges (Subject to final site measurement)
Dismantling of Tower Crane from final height to ground, excluding any cranage at site.
