The Estimate cost of the proposed structure has been prepared
for Rs.2,50,000/-

( Rupees Two lakhs and fifty thousand Only), based on

PWD schedule of rate for the year 2011 - 2012

The following provisions are made in this estimate.

Supply and erection of 13cm to 15cm dia casuarinas poles in internal room at a distance of
1.5m interval and bracing tie with country wood reepers of size 50x25mm at a distance of
0.75m interval horizontal and fixing the same in the casuarinas poles to the required length for
fixing the GI sheets including the supply of all required materials like GI sheet and labour
charges (Materials on hire charges only) etc. complete as directed by the Dept. officer
Supplying & erection of 13cm to 15cm dia casuarinas poles in strong room at a distance of
1.5m interval and bracing tie with casuarinas poles of size 10cm to 13cm dia at a distance of
0.75m interval horizontal and fixing the same in the casuarinas poles to the required length for
fixing the weldmes including the supply of all required materials like GI wire mesh and labour
charges (Materials on ire charges only) etc. complete as directed by the Dept. officer (Main
Data II).
Providing barricading arrangements using casuarinas props 8-10cm and 60cm below ground
level and 120cm above ground level fixing 3 horizontal should be in 3 tier and the lowest should
be 45cm above ground level and tied with new coir rope, providing in all places and removing
the same after the function is over etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers (Hire
charges only) out side the building
supplying and fixing of new GI sheet plain over country wood scantlings for doors and
windows including hinges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers (Hire charges
only)
Provision for engaging labour for removing the debris and removing charis and tables from hall
and to assist the departmental officers and rearranging chairs and tables after counting is over
Provision for redoing the counting center to the original condition if any disturbances caused to
the building
Provision for painting and lettering the booth No. in strong room
Police room checking arrangements
Provision for Phtographic Charges
Contingencies and other unforeseen Items
The entire work will be carried out as per TNSS & SSRB and other relevant
particulars given time to time.
