Working as a District Project Manager in HANDS for the Sindh Reading Program (funded by
USAID) and I was entitled to carry out following duties.

To work closely with the staff in the day-to-day operation of collection of reports
To guide & supervise subordinate & setting of plans for project goals
To supervise volunteer crew members and assist in their in-house training to ensure learning
objectives of the project.
To initiate actions aimed at breaking down passivity, apathy and attitude of letting other do things
