Innkeepers such as hotels, motels ,resort ,bed and breakfast and certain
homestay, run bad , and establishments that offer accommodation for money. Of
course , landlords also let out properties in exchange for money , in the form of
rent. How is an innkeeper different from a landlord let`s just say that a tenant
acquires many right over the property for the duration of the tenancy. He can
even exclude the landlord from the property in some situations. By contrast, a
guest`s occupies a room with the permission of the innkeeper. The innkeepers
retains control of the premises including the room , and he can easily bring the
guest`s stay on an end. In terms of customer expectation, this is not really a
problem a guest`s stay is usually very short and he hardly plans to acquire
competing right against the innkeepers.
There are different facets to an innkeeper`s duties. With his suppliers, for
instance, the innkeeper`s obligations are contractual. The relationship is defined
