1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 GENERAL WARNINGS
These warnings and the booklet are the parts of the product, thus they must be given
to the customer.
This booklet should be read carefully and the warnings should be followed as it
contains the installation, usage and the maintenance of the product.
Do not install the product and its electrical connections without reading this manual.
Before installation, this booklet must be read carefully because faulty installation may
harm the environment and the people. In that case, manufacturer takes no
responsibility of the causes.
Check the products working voltage before installation must be suitable with the
voltage used in the site.
Do not install the product in the environment where there are explosives and causes
of fire.
Before mechanical installation, be sure that the ground where the electromechanical
sliding gate operator to be installed is strong enough. If not, please strengthen the
ground with proper foundation. With weak foundation ground connection, the
performance of the product would fall considerably.
In order to have a safe and good working product, the original and manufacturers
advised pieces must be used for maintenance. Otherwise, manufacturer takes no
responsibility of the causes.
This product should be used for the purpose it is designed for. Dangerous causes may
happen in case of usage other than the usage that manufacturer states. In that case,
manufacturer takes no responsibility.
Installation of the product close to the moving machines like presses, cranes, etc. may
cause dangerous outcomes. Thus a safety zone should be given between these
machines and the product.

2. SYSTEM COMPONENTS
2.1 Mechanical Components
Main mechanical elements forming the construction are heavy duty, base plate, mechanism
and anchoring plate. Its made of steel S235JR / RAEX 250 quality 37 at least. A Rubber wheel is
used to prevent vibration and noise of sliding gate. The shafts are made of hardened. Parts forming
the drive unit, namely, gears, motor, etc. are very precisely manufactured so that they can stand
harsh environmental conditions. All the parts are hot dip galvanized (60 micrometers) / RustPrevention (Epoxy Coated) painted in order to prevent rusting. The electromechanical sliding gate
operator will be installed in reinforced concrete foundation.

the
Electromechanical Sliding Gate Operator will first move slowly and then accelerate the sliding gate
and finally it will be stop slowly by frequency convertor. This feature is an optional accessory.
5. MAINTENANCE
In the electromechanical sliding gate operator, anti-friction bearings are used. Thus, it does not
need frequent lubrication. However, for harsh outdoor working conditions and high frequency usage,
it is advised that the electromechanical sliding gate operator should be maintained periodically after
two years of time. This periodic maintenance should be made by skilled technicians.
