Our training programmes are conducted


in 5-star venues in Dubai, London and
Kuala Lumpur. Our venues are selected
on their ability to provide an optimum
training environment, quality food
and refreshments and a competitive
corporate room rate for delegates.

Certificates
confirming
participation on individual training
programmes will be provided to
eligible participants on the final
day of the training programmes.
Unsubstantiated absences will
negate a participants entitlement
to be issued with the Certificate,
and absenteeism of more than half
a training day will be reported to
the clients training department.

Training Material

All participants on our training


programmes are provided with
professional quality manuals and
flash-drive, which contain copies of all
supplementary training material used
in the programme. The documentation
reflects the course outline and is revised
and updated periodically.

positive and negative are taken
very seriously. Recommendations
for improvement are implemented
whenever reasonably possible.

All participants on our programmes


are requested to complete an
Evaluation Form on the final day of
their training programme, which
rates the Instructor, Seminar
and Facilities. The information
received is summarized and used
for improving and enhancing the
quality of the services we provide.
