Brief History

It was May 25, 1988 the PMVCCI was organized (Pili Market Vendors Credit
Cooperative Incorporated).

With the support of the incumbent Municipal Mayor Hon. DelfinDivinagracia Jr.

The First Pre-membership Education Seminar Program was May 23-25, 1988 held
at the Municipal Hall of Pili.

And the encouragement effort of Hon. Councilor EdmundoBedural

This was participated by various market vendors at Pili Public Market

The first Board Chairman was Dr. Rosito S. Bascuna

The first appointed General Manager was Ho. Councilor Roger Regondola.

The first Temporary office of portion from the stall of Credit Chairman Gallano.

The First PMVCCI staff was a volunteer a labor love Ms. Marie France Nunez as
Bookkeeper, Ms. Susan Ramirez posting clerk and Ms. FilnoraCaman as collector.

July 25, 1988 when PPMVCI was registered under the BACOD (Bureau of Agriculture
Cooperative Development).

August 19,1988 Lending Operation started with 50,000 pesos seed money a soft
loan from Pili Chambers of Commerce .

Due to minimal knowledge of Lending the operation the 5/6 method was adopted.

It was the year 1990 when the cooperative hit by Leadership Shortage The GM and
Asst. Mgr. resignation.

October 13,1990 the First Head office was born 2ndflr. Pili Public Market

1991 from a seed money of 50,000 PMVCCI had a million asset.

August 20, 1994 the Article 1 of Articles of Cooperation was amended under the
Chairmanship of Alany O. Buena

1991 PMVCC struggles by this year for leadership clashing and different interest.
But still The cooperative able to surpass and stood strong.

1997 Blessing of the PMDC Office at Paranal Bldg. San Vicente, PiliCamarines Sur

March 15, 2004 the inaguration of the PMDC, head office at the 2ndflr.L-type Bldg.

2003 grew by 6,425,979.06 total netwothasset.

2004 grew by 7,147,009.67
