Proveer una poltica para establecer claramente las reglas bajo las cuales estarn los
lugares de estacionamiento y el uso que se le deber dar a los mismos. To establish

B&I, Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex y Oficinas Coorporativas.
Applies to all employees authorized for use parking lot space at TACNA,
MAM DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V. divisions B&I, Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex and
Corporate Offices

RESPONSIBILITY/RESPONSABILIDAD
3.1.

HR area should be responsible for implement this parking lot policy/El rea de Recursos
Humanos, es responsable de implementar esta poltica de uso de estacionamiento de la
empresa.
The parking regulations have been adopted by MAM DE LA FRONTERA, S.A.
DE C.V. divisions B&I, Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex and Corporate Offices
A person who has a Parking lot space is responsible for knowing and complying with these
regulations. MAM DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V. divisions B&I, Schotts Magnetics,
Thermalflex TACNA Corporate Offices assumes no liability for loss or damage to a vehicle
or its contents. Las normas de estacionamiento han sido adoptados por MAM DE LA
FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V. divisions B&I, Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex and Corporate
Offices. Una persona con un lugar de estacionamiento es responsable de conocer y
cumplir con estas regulaciones. MAM DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V. divisions B&I,
Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex and Corporate Offices no asume ninguna responsabilidad
por prdidas o daos a un vehculo o a su contenido.

3.2.

MAM DE LA FRONTERA, S.A. DE C.V. divisions B&I, Schotts Magnetics, Thermalflex and
Corporate Office, Parking permits are needed to park from Monday to Friday from 6:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. according the employee work schedule.
Vehicles may not be stored on Companys Parking Lot for periods of longer than 48
hours. Los permisos de estacionamiento de sern validos para utilizarse de Lunes a
Viernes de 6:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. o de 6:00 p.m. a 6:00 a.m., de acuerdo al horario del
empleado. Los vehculos no debern dejarse en el estacionamiento por periodos de ms
de 48 horas continuas.

3.4. Parking Permits are for the exclusive use of the permit holder and may not be transferred,
loaned or sold to another individual. Los permisos de Estacionamiento son para el uso
exclusivo del titular del permiso y no puede ser transferido, cedido o vendido a otra
persona.

The employee will have a right for just one permit. El empleado tendr derecho a solo
un permiso de estacionamiento.

3.6. Improper use of permit will revoked your parking privileges. El uso incorrecto de la
autorizacin dar lugar a revocar su permiso de estacionamiento
4.

Registration Procedure/Proceso de Registro

All employees who required parking lot space must to present a valid driver's license. Todos los
empleados que soliciten lugar en el estacionamiento, debern presentar su licencia vigente.
4.1.

The Human Resources department will receive the applications to provide parking space
for employees classified as follows: El departamento de Recursos Humanos recibir las
solicitudes para proporcionar lugar de estacionamiento de acuerdo a los siguientes

Parking spaces will be provided to managerial staff positions. Los lugares de

For other employees, will be taken as an important factor to provide parking place, all
employees who have a key position into de Company, greater seniority within the
company or have a physical disability. Para el resto de los empleados se tomara como
factor importante para proporcionarle lugar de estacionamiento el que ocupe una posicin
clave, la antigedad en la empresa o el que se tenga alguna discapacidad fsica.

It is your responsibility to return your permit to Human Resources area if you or your
coworker or subordinate, no longer anymore as company employee. Es su
responsabilidad, el regresar el permiso si usted o su colega o su subordinado renuncia a
la compaa.

Temporary permits/ Permisos temporales

5.1.

Regular visitors and consultants shall have a temporary parking space, with the obligation
to return the credential as parking allocation as soon as their business ends. Los
visitantes regulares o consultores externos, contaran con una credencial de
estacionamiento temporal, que entregaran en cuanto termine su periodo de trabajo con la
empresa.

5.2.

Allways will have space for visitors, suppliers and disability / Siempre tendremos espacio
para visitantes, proveedores y discapacitados

5.3.

The parking lot will have spaces for people with disabilities and for frequent vendors or
suppliers, which will be perfectly marked and cannot be invaded by regular employees. El
estacionamiento contara con una zona para vendedores frecuentes, proveedores y
discapacitados, estos espacios no podrn ser invadidos por el personal.

5.4
HR area will apply disciplinary actions in case of violations of this policy. Penalties can
range from the write disciplinary actions to loss the parking lot authorization, depending on
the severity of the employees action. Recursos Humanos aplicara acciones disciplinarias
en caso de violacin de esta poltica. Estas penalizaciones podrn ser desde acciones
disciplinarias escritas hasta la perdida de la autorizacin para estacionarse dentro del
estacionamiento de la empresa.
