HEAD OF SERVICE ENGINEERING
Led initiatives to develop and harmonize Mopars global serviceability requirements for all Fiat/Chrysler products.
Tracked and coordinated all dealership-readiness and support activities for each launch. Consistently achieved greater
than 85 percent serviceability compliance ratings for every Chrysler product program.
Developed a serviceability assessment process for compliance and risk at all design phases for Chrysler vehicle
programs.
Established Service Engineering as an equitable attribute team for all Chrysler Product Development Teams.
Responsible for ensuring all Chrysler vehicle programs met serviceability design objectives prior to V1 launch

Oversaw Chrysler Groups supply-and-contract relationships with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT).
In that position, also served as President of the Vehicle Infrastructure Integration Consortium (VII) from 2007
to 2010. This was a collaboration of nine major automotive OEMs (GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes, VW, BMW,
Nissan, Toyota, and Honda) to assess the technical feasibility of the systems and technologies required to
implement a wireless communications system capable of ensuring safety, mobility and private services in
mobile devices.
Directed all aspects of VII Consortiums $56 Million cooperative agreement with the USDOT to develop
systems.
Managed all internal financial operations, to assure compliance and fairness among consortium OEM
members.
Coordinated all VII/ITS sales efforts to USDOT under a $1.4 Million internal research project.
Successfully negotiated a means for Chrysler to fulfill contributory obligations to the USDOT Cooperative
Agreement without having to expend additional human resources. Achieved this through the use of Proof of
Concept testing conducted on the Chrysler Evaluation Track.
Oversaw delivery of industrys first Proof of Concept testbed in SE Michigan.
Led conversion of a portion of Chryslers Fast Feedback Fleet (300 vehicle) to DSRC to test initial VII/ITS
concepts.
Directed all press releases and external communications.

AUTOMOTIVE PUBLIC POLICY MANAGER/CORPORATE PRIVACY MANAGER
Directed initiatives to ensure that Ford's privacy principles were applied in all corporate strategies and
communications. Participated in related public-policy activities.
Represented Government Affairs office on the Electronic Data Recorder Policy Steering Committee, providing
input on key privacy issues.
Led the Ford Marketing and Sales Privacy Forum to provide input and guidance from a legislative perspective.
Provided privacy counsel to the Safety Office to establish Ford's US Position on Impaired Driving/Ignition
Interlock Capabilities.
Led the Corporate Hydrogen Operations Group to establish Ford's leadership messaging and project

NORTH AMERICAN FLEET LEASE AND REMARKETING (2001 -2004)
Responsible for sales, service, and marketing for all of Fords AFVs (Alternative Fueled Vehicles), including CNG
(Compressed Natural Gas) trucks, vans, and cars; LPG (Propane) trucks, and electric vehicles. Also developed and
demonstrated Hydrogen-fueled vans and shuttles.
MANAGER OF MARKETING, SALES AND BUSINESS STRATEGY (2002-2004)
Oversaw and implemented all sales, marketing and business-planning functions. Responsible for sales of 5000 units a
year, representing $300 Million in total sales and $50 Million in variable profit. Maintained market share of over 85
percent in light-duty AFV industry. Increased year-over-year sales by 13 percent in 2003.
Supervised a sales and marketing staff of 30 employees. Managed $16 Million annual fixed-marketing budget
and $25 Million annual variable marketing budget.
Negotiated partnership contracts with key fuel providers nationwide to assist in the overall AFV sales effort.
Worked closely with the U.S. Dept. of Energy to influence legislation that supported AFV Federal incentives.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR ALTERNATIVE FUEL VEHICLES (2001-2002)
Led AFV "Quick Pick" Program to enable faster delivery to customers by allowing them to pre-build and sell
units out of a stocking pool. This allowed organization to deliver vehicles in two weeks, compared to the
typical four-to-eight-month timing. The program also assisted in smoothing the production cycle.
Actively communicated Ford's environmental commitment as represented by its AFV product line-up.
Presented information about programs and products at conferences.
Board Member on the National Clean Cities Council, and the Northeast Association of State Transportation
Officials.

Windstar Program (1996) Represented Windstar Final Engineering Final Sign-Off Drive. Prepared
