Selected Achievements
Successfully completed project that had fallen apart- Complex project was in a schedule overrun. Due to improper
planning and execution the project faced failure twice. I rewrote the complete project plan and performed risk
assessments with mitigations. Secured client acceptance to certain risks that did not come under the purview of being
mitigated. Successfully completed the year project in 3 months duration achieving the client confidence back.
Successful migration to new technology- I convinced the client to move to the new technology in order to get a better
performance of the infrastructure. Implemented the solution with the client team in 6 months duration with client
satisfaction.
Cost Reduction of 100K- Every year the projects are reviewed with the concern of reducing the cost. For the project I
handled; I analyzed the overall infrastructure setup and implemented cost reduction and got 100K for the client in just one
year of the project go-live.
Successfully setup processes for service desk- It was a new contract to the company, which involved the setup of a
service desk. I documented the processes and procedures for each team involved in the service management. This also
helped the client have satisfied customers hence awarding us an extension of the contract for the next 3 years.
Technical Paper for PMI Conference 2012- I was successful in being one among the authors whose technical paper
was selected and published for the PMI Conference 2012.

Training session for PMP aspirants- I have successfully completed a session on Risk Management for the PMP
aspirants at the IBM.
Volunteered for PMI Conference 2013- I was an active volunteer in the National PMI Conference 2013 held at New
Delhi, India and National PMI Conference 2014 held at Hyderabad, India. I reviewed technical papers for these
conferences.
