WAIVER OF LAND RATES IN KIRINYAGA COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given to all Plot Owners in Kirinyaga County that:

Pursuant to Rating Act CAP 267, Section 159 Public Finance

Management Act 2012 and the Constitution of Kenya 2010
The County Government of Kirinyaga hereby grants a 100 % waiver
of interest and penalties on outstanding Land Rates
The Waiver period will run for a period of forty five (45) days
following this Waiver Notice.

Payment can be made through the MPESA PAYBILL NUMBER 333-666 and
over the counter at the following Fortune Sacco Branches:

County citizens are requested to take the opportunity to clear plot land
rates arrears within the stipulated waiver period failure to which the
