The LEAP - Learning And Employability Advancement Program.

The aim of this program is to generate employability among students by imparting training . The
program caters for students of Commerce Graduation, BMS - BBAs, PGDBMs, MBAs.
It will help the students in placement in all Reliance Capital Group Companies. The 1st phase of
Campus Placement is starting from the month of October.

Alpha Module
Classroom training (2Hr for 5days + 5Hr for 2 days weekend =20hrs) / Flexi 20 hrs, and
Internship: 1 Month or 1and half Month of practical training / experience .(i.e. Summer project
and winter projects they can also cover with us)
During this course The Student will get proper exposure of Financial Market, Stock exchange,
International exchange and International Financial Mgt. ect
Their training will be sub-divided as in :Operations

Basic Sales Skills & Product Recommendation Process
Critical Business Skills

2) Delta Module
Classroom training (3Hr for 5days OR 5Hr for 3 days = 15 hrs) During this course, following

NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Module The Course aims to enhance the
quality of sales, distribution and related support services in the mutual fund industry
NCFM - Capital Market ( Dealers) Module

Certification Program in Wealth Management and Financial Planning - This is a 3
days workshop.
Banking Module: related to Standard & Customised Banking Process
